I went specifically for the chicken Florentine crepe and when they served it to me, there was no Florentine( spinach) at all inside pf it. Only chicken and onions. Then instead of remaking it they just brought me a plate with spinach on it. Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake was awesome though!

There were three tables seated, had to ask twice for our drinks, the food took forever and the omelet looked nothing like the pic. This was at 8am on a Saturday.

Waited around 50 minutes for our food to arrive, started with 2 sets of dirty silverware, the omelette I ordered was less than half the size of omelette's I've ordered at other locations, hostesses were very unprofessional, servers were very courteous however, overheard several waitresses talking about being short staffed in the kitchen, the only saving grace was the pancakes were excellent. With this location being several years in operation, you would think they would have these issues ironed out. Unfortunately my experience wasn't fantastic, will not be going back any time soon.

Promised my boy pancakes today. Placed my order and waited 20 without even getting water at Heath. Left and drove to Zanesville. Great, prompt and enjoyable service and food. Same name different results. It was worth the drive.

Today they got my order right because i didn't order a hamburger. I understand that cooks are trained to cook off menu, but damn read a ticket and give me, customer what i order. I want what i want on my sandwich. Get my order right!

Teach servers how to properly put cups and glasses on table. Ya don't don't do it by the top where customers mouths go. Their hands are touching all sorts of things. Germs!!!

The IHOP in Zanesville has good food and service unlike the one in Lancaster. I just can't say enough how good the in Zanesville is. You should try it.
