I used to love McAlister's! But your food portions have gone way down and prices up. I just spent $30 for 2 people and we don't even feel we've eaten. The bowls of soup are smaller than they used to be. Just me and my 13 year old daughter. She even commented on how small her sandwich was. I do, however, love your salads!

My visit to the restaurant was disappointing. The service was slow, the food quality didn't match the price, and the ambiance was lacking. I wouldn't recommend this place for a satisfying dining experience.

I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich. I waited 45 minutes for a sandwich that I could’ve made at home for free. When the sandwich was first brought out to me it didn’t have cheese on it. I took my whole plate to a staff member and showed them what the problem was. They brought it back out to me and it looked like this. The cheese was just slapped on there it’s not even melted.
The tortilla soup is very good! Sandwiches ordered in our group also received compliments. The staff is very friendly. In fact, the service sets this place apart from other similar sandwich shops. The dining area is a little crowded, and a number of tables were sitting empty but dirty. Of course, we may have arrived after a busy time.
Enjoyed the food and the service top notch. Will certainly go again.

It was such a relief to find something that is familiar to us (we’re driving through on the way back to Tulsa) where we didn’t have to worry about the service, the food, or the cleanliness! Thumbs up!

The food is subpar - I'm sorry. It's just objectively bad. I understand this is a "fast food" establishment but even McDonalds doesn't serve food this gross. The sandwiches are soggy and limp, the soup is tepid, and the Mac n cheese is congealed to the point I could pull it all out of the bowl with one fork stab. The servers are either SUPER friendly to the point of making one uncomfortable (I really did not ask for a story about your dog...I'm sure your dog is lovely but I'm trying to eat); or, conversely, the staff is extremely rude. I've never had an experience where they're just a chill, friendly human being. Calm. Down. Desserts are good - I know they're likely frozen and from a truck so I don't expect anything grand there - it's solid. Drinks are good...not inspired by any means but good.
