I am a Dunkin lover. I frequent Dunkin. This morning I went to get coffee and was utterly disappointed. When I walked in, the employee looked directly at my but didn't speak. She was cordial with the person in front of me (that didn't look like me). I stood there for a few minutes then she finally came to the register. When she came, she just stood there. It got awkward so I spoke and ordered. Once I placed my order and said "thank you" she didn't even reply. So I said it again...read full review
