I have a coffee order that I have discovered that I like. It was developed here with this chain. I like the staff, the coffee, and the methods to service the populace. I'm here a lot.
I hate that you can’t order ahead on the app, everytime I come through they are very nice and usually kinda quick to get my order but I also hate they ask if I’d like to leave tip on my 5$ drink everytime. Not just the iPad but the workers asking me isn’t the most comfortable and not everyone wants to spend 10$ for a morning

I genuinely adore Dutch bros. There are always people outside taking orders no matter the weather and when you get to the window it's full of people singing and laughing and making genuine conversation with you. My only "complaint" is that food is not their specialty so I couldn't give it 5 stars but it's a coffee place so I get it.
