love their ice cream but i still dont get not having a speaker at the drive through it makes the line move at like 1 car every 5 minutes since you have to place their order at the window like ive had to wait 25-30 minutes just to place my order when there were only a few cars ahead of me which is slower than a dine in restaurant if you just put a speaker at the menu you could have their order ready as soon as they pull up. makes no sense to me and why i only go there if there...read full review
The menu is overwhelming for some. The ice cream cone sign at this select location isn't spinning! The line is a mile long on Saturday at 8:50 pm... brings into question the establishments efficiency perhaps? Or perhaps they have placed falce value in the potential of return by the indoor customers. Do they not prioritise those willing to use their gasoline waiting for ice cream in a long line?Cream is icy. And great!

Love their ice cream, my favorite. But yesterday, when I ordered, I told the lady I had a free cone, and I gave her the code, and she still didn't apply it, and didn't see the receipt just paid and left! Oh well, next time, I will make sure.
