“This is a newer Chick-fil-a. I have only been theory the drive through, but it is laid out well. Easy to get in and out of the establishment.

The food is very good and the staff is friendly. If you haven't been to a Chick-fil-a give them a try. They are always rated high on their sandwiches.“

“Steak 'n Shake was within a short walking distance from our Holiday Inn . The three of us were met by a friendly receptionist who led us immediately to our seating booth. The piped in music was upbeat. It was easy to select from the menu. I liked that the menu gave a choice between a full combo & a partial combo without a beverage. Along with the steak sandwich & fries order, we each had regular strawberry & banana sundae. The staff worked together to provide genuine service. What they did made this an enjoyable dining experience. We not only walked away with their Steak 'n Shake caps/hats, but left extremely in ecstasy about their food, service & atmosphere.“

“My friend insists we stop at Chick-fil-A on every road trip — so of course, we did. 😂 We grabbed food inside to take on the go. The service was quick and friendly as usual. The food was fine, just not my personal favorite (but my friend thinks it’s the best thing ever).

I made a noise in my voice to let her know I wasn't happy. Once I did that she was nicer dont knowing it was just a bad day or not.“

“This was the second time I've ever ate at an arbys in my life. First experience was horrible, but this location made up for it. I love rueben sandwiches and always forget arbys has them. Food and service at this location definitely second to none.“

As a district manager for a large retail franchise I have seen it all and this crew has all the attributes that I train my managers to look for. “At least once a week I take my grandsons to this McDonalds location after school so they can get a ‘basket of fries’ (their favorite after school snack). First of all, the location is always super clean. It is the only location in our area (which has many many locations) that we will visit because it is so clean. Every time we visit the lobby, everything is spotless, and someone is cleaning. Second of all when we get the fries after school, they are always piping hot, which is amazing. Thirdly, every time we go through the drive-through after school to get fries, I ask that each order of fries be put in a separate bag because the boys like to start eating them on their way home, and then when I get them home, they have so much to carry in because of backpacks along with instruments, and it makes it easier if each one has their own bag to carry in. Anyway, yesterday, when we went through the drive-through to get the fries, when I got to the window to pick them up, they were already each in their own separate bag. I had to smile. Apparently they are beginning to recognize us and they know that we always ask for a second bag. I was very, very appreciative of this. Even my young grandson thought it was really neat that they took that extra step for us. I have always recommended this location to people when they ask, which is the best McDonald’s to go to in our area. This is just one more reason I will continue recommending this location!! Very very pleased with the food, the service and the cleanliness!!“

“The lady who took my order in the drive thru was super nasty and wanted to argue with me when there was multiple cars behind me in line instead of fixing my order. I had ordered 3 20 piece nuggets with 3 baskets of fries which she rang up separately but it’s a meal that comes with the 20 piece and basket of fries and she said that I should’ve ordered it by saying “can I get the meal that has the 20 piece nuggets and basket of fries” I guess I didn’t realize there was a certain way to order the nuggets and fries so instead of fixing the issue and making 3 meals she rang them up separately and overcharged me by $5 so when I went to pay this really nice young man by the name of Isaeh helped me out and fixed my order making them meals. Really sweet boy didn’t even complain and really turned my bad experience around. The lady that took my order could use some customer service tips from Isaeh.“
