“I've eaten at El Jarocho Checotah location several times. I've never has an issue until recently. On this occasion, I paid the bill with my CC (which I always pay with) but I gave it to the waiter instead of paying at the register with the machine. I've only used this card (fairly new) a big stores and gas stations. I found it interesting the very next day I had three online purchases on my card. They were three different shoe stores. I reported the card, so it stopped. But they were all purchased together quickly. I'm suspicious my card was compromised there. I will use the machine at the register in the future.”

“My food was laced with fentanyl and I had the worse experience of my life for the next 4 days! I have never felt such intense stomach pain in my life! I will never forget my experience because I think it was the last experience I had before I died! One of a kind experience!”

“With past 3 weeks I have tried to call on Friday to place an order and or see if they have a specialty that I like to eat instead of waiting in the drive-thru in the freezing coldfor 30 minutes Three times now wasting my time and having to find out did they not have it since it is 7:30 in the evening and they would not answer their phone.”

“Sherrisa likes her job and it shows. She seems genuinely upbeat and friendly.She asks questions and makes suggestions and she offered to cut my sanwich and wrap one to go. It may be a small gesture but its shows a lot as far as customer service. Hope her talents don't go unnoticed! Good job Sherrisa( hope I spelled your name right)Food was great but more impressed with the service.”

“How can you not have foot longs at sonic? I so wish someone would take over the management of Checotah Sonic who gave a damn….Update—We called with our issues immediately after “leaving. The manager, Arthur assured us he was replacing our order and even explained what had happened.He personally replaced our order and explained he’s new and working hard to turn our Sonic back around…I totally believe him…Thank you Arthur.”
