Restaurantji's Coweta recommendations for the finest Mexican cuisine.
“Came here at the recommendation of the hotel I'm staying at. Customer service was excellent with all the employees I interacted with being very friendly and engaging. Salsa was great, the appetizer I ordered, Queso Fundido, was awesome, and the burrito, Burrito Patron, put me in food coma. It was excellent and the three sauces on top made it a great experience for me. If I'm in the area again I would definitely stop by, and would recommend Los Tequilas to anyone looking for some great good and service.“
“The Bueno in Coweta is amazing. We almost stopped eating at Bueno's in tulsa because everyone we went to had horrible service, the food was cold, disgusting and orders were never right. Then we moved to Coweta, and this is the Bueno is supposed to be!“
“Lovely mid afternoon on the patio - rain was threatening but still a nice view of the water. The bacon wrapped shrimp was delicious. Queso, salsa, chips also Delicious. A neighboring table has a Miami Vice - pina colada and maybe strawberry? Looked delicious! The house margarita was very good“
“From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted every time with smiles. They are always happy to see you. Seated very quickly always. Staff always happy and laughing and friendly. Get free salsa, chips, AND queso, which is just amazing. Food comes out quickly. Tried many dishes and all food is always fantastic. Our server today was Francisco, he always made sure everything was smooth and didn't intrude. If there were more stars to give for this experience, I would! Couldn't recommend enough!!!Parking: It's more of shopping center parking. Never had any issues finding a spot that is close, though.“
“We will definitely be coming back and trying more even though there was a couple disappointing things about eating here. Our server was very kind and the decor inside is cool, I'm sure it's a very fun place at night. My wife got hard shell Shredded beef tacos and I got ribeye and shrimp fajitas. The fajitas were very flavorful but for 22$ you're getting 5 shrimp and about 9 pieces of steak, it was very flavorful but I'd appreciate more meat for the price. My wife's tacos were flavorful but a little dry and one of the 3 tacos only had meat on one side, so half a taco was just shell and cheese. The chips and salsa are delicious, and while there were some disappointing factors we enjoyed our meal. Very excited to come back and try new things and hopefully edit my review to a 5 :)EDIT: came back and it's easy 5 stars for us now. The vampire birria tacos are an explosion of flavor, you almost don't even need the consume that's how good it is. I thought my wife's tacos were okay but she absolutely loved them. Will be a new favorite spot for a while“
“Just FYI, if you don’t know what the food is and don’t speak Spanish, just go by what looks good and you will be happy. Very authentic and delicious food. The owner met us and explained to us the menu, then had a very helpful lady behind the counter explain the food options that were hot and fresh ready to go.My wife and I ate here and I loved it. Don’t know what any of it was called other than pork with green sauce, short ribs, carne asada, rice and beans and delicious fresh made corn tortillas.Prices were good in my opinion. $30 for the two of us.I would have liked to have had fountain drinks or iced tea but not not a big deal by no means.Cool place with great food and service.Go try it. You might like it. I did for sure.“
“This place is awesome. You can't go wrong with ordering the meal that is just a bed of rice covered in 3 different meats and cheese. Name starts with a T, the Tejano maybe? And their margs are excellent. Be aware if you order a large, it's like 20 bucks and it could easily be enough for 2 or 3 people, it's big.“
“went down to try them out, all my friends kept talking about how good they are. i took the chance and i was not disappointed. i orderd the cuban torta and my wife got the carne arrachera. OMG definitely coming back soon. they even had fresh waters, my favorite sure.“
“Solid Mexican food in the small town of Haskell. If you live in or around Haskell you are well aware of the limited dining options. And you are probably aware that that this is a good average Mexican restaurant. If for some reason you are traveling through Haskell, this is a decent place to eat. Drop in have a burger or their Mexican food.I ordered carne asada, but somehow the waitress got confused and brought me carne asada tacos. Probably my fault, I think I got her a little flustered when I ordered a chili toreado and hotter salsa. She didn’t know what a chili toreado was. The tacos were still very good though. We ordered a variety of menu items and they were all good.We got there at about 11:30 Sunday morning and by the time we left the place it was packed with customers waiting. If you are looking for other Mexican restaurants in the area, check out my reviews in my collection "Jalapeno Highway" on Yelp. I've probably been there.“
“The food was great at a reasonable price. The restaurant was very nice inside. This is the second restaurant I went to on my week long trip that didn’t provide crayons and a sheet for kids. Is it because so many parents just bring the iPad in? I hate that my kids aren’t offered an activity.“
“Great parking... great atmosphere.. delicious drinks... delicious food... respectable staff. Fajitas would definitely recommend...had leftovers today and even better. Salsas we're tasty. My other friends went and enjoyed there as well.“
“A great little find! I’m super particular when it comes to taco trucks. My first experience didn’t leave me wowed… but I gave it another try and yesss! We do enjoy their tacos and taco birrias. My not so wow the first time was a burrito that had too much cheese (and I love cheese)… however like I said second time around, I was impressed with flavors. Love the grilled onions that come with everything. The sauces aren’t very spicy, but it’s a different taste vs others that sets it apart.A few notes:- cash only but they accept Zelle- sauces are small so if you like your sauce as for more- red sauce tastes more chili like- green sauce tastes along the lime side, light spice to this oneI would say it is worth a try!“
“I recently moved into the area. The gentleman I purchased my home from had recommended Los Mariachis as his favorite Mexican restaurant. I saw it on my travels and decided to try. That guy was spot on!The street tacos were wonderful and came with two sauces. I asked for black beans and rice. They were fresh and a delicious compliment to the tacos. Service was nice as well. Wish I would have gotten her name. I ordered empanadas to go for a snack tonight.I'll be back!“
“This place definitely had great food! I ordered the California burrito/ burrito California it was delicious!! my mother ordered the "La molcajete" and it was pure meat! She loved it we got too full so we got takeout boxes but I'd definitely recommend it ?? also the chips were good I didn't try the salsa cuz I can't handle heat well but overall great place! *In the tinfoil is my burrito*“
