“I was enjoying my meal at Casa Maria’s Mexican Restaurant, in Chouteau, when my brain formulated a puzzling question that I couldn’t answer. Do the Amish eat Mexican food?As my wife and I scanned the menu, we didn’t discuss what we were going to order. When the waitress asked, we had come to the same conclusion. The picture of Lunch Burrito Casa Maria was influential.A burrito is a burrito, but Casa maria’s Lunch Burrito Casa Maria distinguished itself from many we have had. It is a lunch menu item, described as a “one burrito” filled with (beef or chicken) cooked with pico de gallo then topped with queso, rice and beans on the side, and guacamole. We went with chicken. The savory pico de gallo blended with the chicken and the queso to yield an enjoyable, tasty, better than average, burrito reward. The accompanying rice and beans were good. I usually skip the rice. Casa Maria’s rice is well seasoned though. I discovered that a dab of hot salsa covered beans, sharing a fork with a dab of rice, made a great, delicious mouth full of food. The guac was fresh. I wish the portion had been larger, but this is a lunch menu item. The gringo style salsa average. The hot salsa very good. Service very good. And the surprisingly large restaurant is noticeably very clean and well kept.Good OkieMex!That unanswered question troubled me on the drive home…….“
“Visited here while traveling. They definitely lacked presence, not enough waitresses. Our ticket was misplaced and we ended up waiting longer than expected. The waitress and staff were very apologetic. Our food arrived soon after and let me tell you that the food was worth the wait! My husband is very picky when it comes to the carne asada but he was very impressed and salivating for more. I ordered their papa mexicana and it has the best flavor I've ever tasted. My toddler enjoyed his chicken enchiladas. The food left us satisfied and impressed. I wish there was one near my home in Texas.... and trust me, we have a good variety...lol!“

“We’re so happy to have Cici’s in Pryor! By far the best Mexican food in town. Really good selection and I’ve never had anything I don’t like. Plenty of parking and a nice little outdoor seating area if you’d like to eat here, although we usually take it to go!“

“‼️ I FINALLY found amazing hash browns in this town. I’ve been wanting to try this place, but having no luck with food in this town, I held off. I’m so glad we gave it a go today. My bacon and 3 cheese omelette was amazing, biscuits and gravy were good, the French toast, and the pancakes. 5 ⭐️ will definitely be back here.“

“This place is 100% legit!! The food is incredible and the staff is very friendly. Stumbled across this great little restaurant on the way back from our hunting lease and all I can say is "Wow!". We will definitely make this place a regular stop.“
