I was informed by an actual person that she was not allowed to take my order. I had to use the kiosk. However, their coke machine was down, so I had to have a person fill my cup from the back. I was also informed that they are in the process of going cashless. I guess they don't like making money. I don't work here. I shouldn't have to take my own order and if my money isn't good enough for them then I'll take my business somewhere else. Taco Bell has turned into a joke

Every time I order from this location, I wasn't even able to eat what I ordered. When I call and try to get the items replaced because they were made wrong, I was given a coupon for a free crunchy taco.....I spend over 30$ every time I visit, and I have never gotten a fully correct order, what I did get that was right tasted old.I tried again night before last, because a friend had told me there was new staff, but it was the same deal.
