It was not until after I had placed my order at the kiosk and tried to get my drink that they told me they were out of diet drinks. My chips were stale and nasty. They had discontinued the $5 box and the $2 burrito's from the menu. Doubt I will ever go to taco Bell again. From favorite to no thank you.

?Disappointing! We do their job on a kiosk, they got my order wrong, stale chips, was very minimal with ingredients. Raised prices, discontinued $5 Craving Boxes, $2 burritos!Used to be my favorite. Not anymore! Disappointing!

Sat here for 20, to 30 minutes waiting on food, and when people came in to pay they waited 15 minutes then people came in for online orders and the ladies was rude. This place doesn't deserve the trophy on their front counter of speed of service.

Every time I order from this location, I wasn't even able to eat what I ordered. When I call and try to get the items replaced because they were made wrong, I was given a coupon for a free crunchy taco.....I spend over 30$ every time I visit, and I have never gotten a fully correct order, what I did get that was right tasted old.I tried again night before last, because a friend had told me there was new staff, but it was the same deal. Placed a mobile order and when I got there 15 minutes later it wasn't ready, understandable they were very busy. I waited 30 more minutes and still no food.

Ordered online and went to pick it up just to be told they have no workers and it will be an hour before they have any food ready. What's sad is both my teenage kids put in an application there and have never received a call. So I guess the owner does not care to loose money.
