Ordered online. They forgot to give us one of our 4 meals that we ordered and we didn't notice until we were home. I called to let them know my husband was coming back for the 2 Rib Dinner. Mike argued with me saying we got everything. Then he said the 4th item wasn't on the order. I told him to look at again and add up the total. He said "well you can come get it if you want." I again told him my husband was already on the way and that was the reason for my call. Mike was super rude. He could use some customer service training.

Hands down! Best Barbecue I’ve ever had from a restaurant! I’m normally not a big bbq fan but we were in Durant to gamble and my husband brought this back to our room. It was perfect! We had brisket (perfectly cooked and not over seasoned), ribs (perfect and delicious), and sausage. One of the reasons I’m not a big bbq fan is bc the sides are usually not great. But this place knocked it out off the park! Best potato salad and baked beans from any restaurant, anywhere! Oh, and the bbq sauce is crave-worthy! Great job Billy Sims team! Yum!

I ordered the three meat combo and got brisket ribs and sausage. The brisket was very dry the sausage was good but nothing fancy but the ribs absolutely save the whole plate the ribs were very good and I would go back for the ribs only their mac and cheese was the heat up quick microwave deli kind. And I kind of found it odd that they gave us our drinks and plastic cups.

On 10-24-22 me and my bf ordered a loaded baked potato w/ pulled pork, the potato was dried out and tasted burnt there was just something about that potato that did not taste good at all we did come back on the 29th bcus we was in the area of Durant and ordered again this time we ordered a pulled pork sandwich only and it was good but wasn't worth ten bucks.

The staff was very nice and friendly they're mac and cheese tasted like a deli or Stouffer's heat up mac and cheese. The brisket was dry. The ribs though were absolutely phenomenal they saved the entire plate.

Unfortunately, this location does not focus as they should on cleanliness, both the space and the workers look like they need a rinse. While the price isn't too usual for BBQ (about $15-$20 per person) they simply don't deliver a high quality product. Most recently, my girlfriend got us some sandwiches from here and if I would have known I would've told her not to bother. Worst of all the potato she got had bits of plastic in the meat or sauce but they were not answering the phone and we chalked it up to a loss for our own safety.

Their ribs are fantastically moist and delicious!!! Take note, I do not like ribs I had eaten from different ribs cages here and abroad. Billy's is phenomenal and worth our long hours of drive (got hungry along the way) and would RECOMMEND for y'all to try and enjoy their awesome ribs!!! ???

Sadly we have to rate this place 2* because it has slipped that far in the three years we have been in Durant. When we moved to Durant in 2019 this BBQ restaurant was the best! We used to take all our out of town visitors to eat at Billy Sims BBQ. The last few times we have been in the restaurant is near empty, the staff is slow and not customer service oriented. Today's visit will be the last until we see some changes. Today we phoned in a order for 2 Sandwich plates, the person taking the order was rude, argued with me over menu items, would not take my name and when my husband got back with our order there was no BBQ sauce with our sandwiches, both were so dry it was like eating saw dust. I called the restaurant to remind them not to send out take out orders with no sauce and no cutlery for the sides. Again, rudeness. They got the last money they will get from us, not because the food was bad but because of the people working there who do not pay attention, are argumentative and rude. There's probably a reason the parking lot is always empty. Hopefully the owner will see this and make proper corrections to the staff.

I ordered the pulled pork special sandwich and asked for slaw on the sandwich, very unfriendly server we don't do that you have to get the more expensive sandwich to get slaw.My husband ordered a 2 meat combo and was advised we weigh everything so you get what you get very over priced for the little about they give you. The customer service was poor as soon as you walked in employees are sitting down at tables and when they finished taking order went right back to same table to rest on the clock. That is ridiculous. Do not recommend.
