I want to give a shout-out to our Butterfield's Buffet waiter Raul. He was excellent, friendly, and attentive! He gave us everything we needed and never let our drinks go empty.
After the pandemic the selection of available dishes drastically changed as well as the opportunity to scoop our own food. Mid-level cuisine and had to go back to the buffet bar multiple trips since they scoop tiny portions for each person. They didn’t have pizza at the time we went during pre NYE dinner which was very surprising. I'm a customer and just saw so many people be rude to the staff for what reason?? None. Because they are unappreciated... its unnecessary to be so ugly.
