We came in and sat for an hour after our party of 4 order & never received any food. Our waitress came to the table twice. Idk what happened because the other people that came in after us were served. We just left.
Carmen is probably the best server I’ve had in a whiiiiiile! I’ll be requesting her next time I go. My beverage never went past half way full. She was mindful of my son’s diabetic needs. She made sure we didn’t need a THING, the food is pretty standard, but chilis should definitely be aware that they have a veryyyy rare server who you can tell loves her job, she’s fantastic at it and she deserves the upmost respect and recognition!!! Seriously I don’t say that often (as a former service industry worker I kinda have high standards) KEEP HER!

Ordered DoorDash was missing half of my order and yet there’s nothing they can do about it. I asked to speak to manager and get hung up on this is a horrible chilis I don’t recommend it at all.

It was a little busy when my husband and I got there but it was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and checked on us regularly without hovering. It was great.
Placed our mobile order literally 30-45 minutes in advance for 5:00. Go to pick it up and one of our order still isn't ready. By the time we got all 3 of our orders. 2 of them had been sitting for 45 minutes getting COLD!!!! Our 3rd order that we were waiting on sit on the corner for 10 minutes ready before it was giving to us.... Will NEVER be back!!!

We have never have had a bad experience. But this last time the chips will not that good they were very hard to eat even told them about that gave us another bowl of chips who still hard to eat. But the rest of my food was good and awesome tasting.

Went at about lunch time the restaurant was generally slow. I can easily tell you slow because I used to wait tables at a chilis. The service was actually horrible never got my table checked on after receiving food. My food was actually made incorrectly. During my meal it took 10 minutes to refill my drink and then 20 minutes to be asked if we needed to go boxes once done eating. This actually might have been the worst service I’ve ever received at a chilis ever. 10/10 do not recommend.
James is the manager I guess and he decided that it was okay to throw away a full order that was going to be picked up and smugly laugh and tell my girlfriend she wasn’t there at 10 so he threw it out with people sitting there still dining . We pulled up at 10:03 and this guys already threw the order away and locked the doors and the proceeded to be rude and childish on the phone instead of trying to fix his wrongs. This is bad for business. Then I try to call and tell the day manager and I’m left on hold for line 20 mins. So won’t be back.

I get to the lo action at 10:04 pm and I call ant tell them I am there for a to go order cause my girlfriend tried to go inside pick up side door it was locked, so I call and james said they close the door at 10 pm so I was lile ol I thought he might mean 10 pm side door closed so we continue to go to the front t door and it's closed I called back and said sir I meant I have a to go not making a new one and he said in a smug voice you didn't get here at 10 so we threw it away! My gf calls back and says she would like to speak to a manager, and wanted to know his other managers name and he said and then she asked about a general manager name and he said they did not have one. I am just dumbfounded how he is a manager! Like one of my fav places to go food is great I have never had a problem with chili's before but this needs to be addressed.

Went for lunch while running errands. Ordered the lunch deal. Food came very quickly, and all at once. I would recommend if you want something besides fast food and have a short lunch period. Only issue was a tea was $3.05, the meal was $10, seems high for tea.Kid-friendliness: We always have great service for the kids at Chilis, they seem very well trained on how to take care of children.
Really good place for lunch. Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating.
