Paid for a foot long on flat bread…… got 6 inch portion of meat and they rolled it short ways….. I asked if that was right and she said yes. Which it’s NOT but I’m not gonna argue.Anyways….. a lot disappointed I paid full price for a half price sandwich. Even confirmed it was a foot long.? I added photos.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. For starters I got a 6 inch sub and a medium drink and it was $12, if I would’ve known just how expensive subway has gotten I would’ve never walked in to begin with and to top it off I asked for a toasted sandwich and it’s still cold in the middle. I’m not sure how this place is open, I know inflation is high but $12 for a mediocre sandwich and a Dr Pepper is just ridiculous, I will not be returning.

Bad customer service. Staff was super short tempered and made it VERY apparent that they weren't happy there.
Stopped by to grab something before work. They took 15 minutes in the first order with eight more people in front of me. they weren’t even finished with the first order when I walked out the door.By that math I would have been there for over two hours if they maintained that pace before they got to me.I wouldn’t be going to a sandwich place if I wasn’t expecting some brevity.

Veggies are all mixed in together…When I did the survey and walked up to the register dude said “what do you want?” … It wasn’t a nice environment… ALSO, had like 8 crickets in there… wouldn’t recommend this location.

Multiple issues plagued this visit: 1) no spinach or mozzarella slices; 2) overcharged for our food even though we had a coupon; 3) an employee told us at check out that she "didn't have time for this" referring to our coupon issue; and 4) an employee was seen behind the counter wiping her face and shoes with her hands while assisting us. Someone please help these poor souls at this store!
I understand needing to take care of online orders, but if it was placed and received at the same time as a person in the store, you need to help the person in store. at least start on the in store person order instead of making them wait the entire time you make the online

They never answer the phone when you need assistance, and every time I order somethings either wrong with the order all together or it’s slathered in sauce so much it’s uneatable, would rate 0 if it was possible based on service alone considering I keep getting hung up on.

Worst store I’ve ever been in. Counting me 4 people walked out because of employee attitude towards customers. Employee cussing like a sailer just because we were all frustrated due to our food not being ready 10-20 past pickup times…she hadn’t even started on the online orders that were stacked over 20 deep and counting. Instead she was socializing in the back with someone else. Poorly ran place, manager needs to be reprimanded if they can’t correct employees attitude or find someone that’ll actually work and treat customers with respect. Will never be back to this location, no wonder it keeps getting poor reviews

My kid was cussed at I constantly heard the n word and I walked in on a girl shooting up in the bathroom who worked there this was at 3601 in Durant okla something has got to be done about this I will not go back to subway now
