“Christy in the drive thru, order taker/first window was amazing. She was very friendly, funny and knowledge about her job. She had us laughing. At the second window the young man, I didn't see his name was very friendly courteous and had a smile on his face. Said thank you and have a great night. I was very impressed with those two employees, I go to that McDonald's a lot and that's the first time I felt valued/appreciated as a customer. A+ employees don't often get the recognition they deserve. 2 outstanding employees at 10pm doesn't happen very often.“
“Quick service & friendly employees. The drive-through went above and beyond for me today. When loading my app number, the system glitches. Instead of making me wait for 15 minutes, they used their own personal number to make it work. Sadly that glitched out as well but they figured a work around. Thank you for saving me time.“
“Wife swears this is the best McDonald's in Edmond. Their buns for their hamburgers are different then the other locations and are more "artisan" my wife says. This location always seems to have a considerable line for the drive through but manage to work through the line in a timely manner. We haven't been inside yet but the outside and parking lot is always kept clean. We commonly get an ice cream cone and never once has their ice cream machine been down which might seem like a conspiracy theory but is true.“

This proficiency enables them to tackle their responsibilities with a sense of urgency, making quick decisions and prioritizing effectively. In situations where a slight delay of approximately five minutes is possible, it is generally safe to assume that the task will be accomplished promptly. Food here was okay but everything else was good. The atmosphere pretty speedy, but nothing I couldn't handle. In general this place quickly serves your food and shows good customer service.“

“Normal trip to McDonald’s. Nothing fantastic but the food was good. I don’t know about the atmosphere because I did not go inside, I went through the drive-through. I do like using the app to order my food. It makes it a lot easier and you don’t have to worry about the person hearing you or you being able to hear the person on the other end of the speaker.“
“I love this mcdonald's ? this place has been so so happy , generous with their time, Jennifer, Micheal , Dane, Jonathan and Arianna, all made me feel welcome and put out positive energy! The dining area was cleaner than most, the Facilities were clean and smelled like cleaner. Thank you to the crew and to Jennifer fir having an awesome team.Kid-friendliness: It does not have a play place but it's super clean in comparison to tons of other mcdonald's.“
