It's our normal go to place when we are in hurry due to evening activities. Typically service is quick and food is good.But last night Thursday April 11 around 515 was not our best experience. We pulled up to the one stalls to order, and was told that the system reseted and they would be right back with us. Waited for ten minutes while others who pulled up beside us afterwards got their orders and left.Finally we pulled around to the drive thru and was able to get a quick order in. Got home with my #2 combo with large tots. Oh my... the burger and tots were saturated in salt and both undercooked. Left me feeling sick.Maybe April 11 was just a bad night with service. Majority of times we always get good service and food is cooked perfectly.

We found a dead bug on our chicken sandwich. When we contacted corporate, they said they we just reach out to this branch. I tried calling and no one answered. We ended up throwing away all of our food.

Aweful. Service was "(sigh.. what can I get you!). Watched 2 other cars leave while waiting (and at 3:00 in the afternoon?). Didnt get correct order either but didnt want to wait longer to get it correct-thankfully theres another location close to us that actually cares, and has good service-this location, not again.

Took in excess of 30 min to receive 2 drinks and a shake. When I checked in for the 3rd time with the order taker I was told they had several orders. 2 drinks and a shake should not take that long regardless of how many orders they have. Service is really going down hill there.

When our order of mozzarella sticks accidentally didn’t have mozzarella in them Julia the manger was extremely kind and fixed our order up no problem. Lots of places don’t have good service anymore and i was very pleased with how i was treated when i called with a complaint. 5

Nice to know we get less food for more money these days. Breakfast toaster is smaller than ever and almost burnt. Tots are undercooked. Breakfast burrito was just thrown together with hardly anything in it. I mean come on, the least yall can do is proper training.
Service here is fine, workers are nice. Something that bothers me almost everytime I visit, are the downed terminals. I understand hardware goes down sometimes, but I’ve never understood why the restaurant doesn’t mark the units on the outside. I don’t usually know until I’ve already turned into the space. After pulling in and backing out three spaces in a row, it gets annoying. If someone can let me know there is a way to tell prior to pulling in, I will be happy to update my review and admit my mistake.
