Wife ordered 3 junior bacons and we received ketchup and mustard COVERED hamburgers. Called the store and whatever customer service rep answered was rude, unhelpful, and then left me in silence while they apparently went to find the manager. Only reason they even get 2 stars is the manager fixing my issue. The rest of the experience was trash.

Employees that work the window here are always professional and kind. They have great customer service skills and are quick. The food is always fresh and I love the homestyle potatos!

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS STORE!!! Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a family pack of spicy nuggets through the drive-thru on 12-05-2022. Both the sandwich and nuggets were cooked with over 3+ day old oil. They were DARK brown and the stale taste of those were disgusting! Called the supposed manager and she said to bring back the order and they would take care of it. Took the order back and they redid the same order with the SAME OUTCOME! This store has been slowly going down hill on food quality and presentation and are going to get someone sick. Maybe if the kids working there would get off their phones and pay attention to what they are doing then it might get better. It all starts with the franchise owner and the manager. I will never eat there again. I wonder what the Health Department would think?

All I ordered was 10 piece chicken nugget and some French fries and a frostie and it took them longer than 30 minutes to get it ready I wanted to stop by to eat real quick what a bad location it wasn't even busy and they where giving out other peoples orders before and missing everyones drinks it's not even about the food at some point it's so bad I won't be returning ever

Honestly it was a disgusting experience. Flies in the lobby, unhygienic employee serving the food, and cold fries, greasy mush for a hamburger.

Longest wait of all time, don’t get mobile orders here. I was literally the only person there and they took 20 minutes to make a chicken sandwich and a small coffee. Lazy workers.

Over ten dollars for this??? Wendy's has become one of the worst fast food establishments around! I've never in my life had such a tough chicken sandwich!!!!

This location literally sucks on all accounts, wether it's your food or the customer service, I swear they don't even try here. They are trash!!! You can tell management don't give a damn about this location, things have been this way for a minute this has not just started over night. Just throw the whole staff and location in it's entirety away. They don't even deserve the one star you have to give to write a review , it's Sunday morning and I shouldn't be this upset already. But CORPORATE AT THIS POINT NEEDS TO STEP IN!!!
It had been years since I had a meal at Wendy's. I decided to order the Classic Chicken Combo. If I ever return, I hope that I remember to not order the Classic Chicken Combo.

This Wendy's location has gone downhill. The staff is friendly and I don't think it is their fault, but they are regularly out of things. I am going to have to stop going by Wendy's.If you go, have alternatives picked for your order, they might be out of it.

Apparently they’re out of everything. No frostys. No potatoes. No chile. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s 10:30 on a Saturday night. Staff wasn’t very nice either. Just close this location down.

It was really busy when we came and took 30min which is fine I guess but when we finally got to the window one of the workers was being rude to another worker and elbowed him out of her way very hardly and that's just now how you treat people. Never seen anything like that at a fast food chain. Unacceptable..
