“I had a few items missing from my carry-out. They did provide the missing items but then when I saw my wrap it was wrong. I was already back at my office. I let them know very kindly about it just so they knew but did not expect anything back. Well, not only did they reimburse my order they offered and brought our office free catering. I was beyond amazed at their gratitude for the information to do better. They are so nice and very responsive.
