Maybe it's my age, but I will always think of McDonald's as a fast-food place. Now, they have removed the fountain and self-service items in the dining area, and you have to ask for any sauces, tell them how much ice, etc. in a much more-restricted area around the cashiers/order line. Understandably this is the kitchen area as well, but it just ain't the same. I had a problem with my food but Faith was an AWESOME help. She was SO respectful and got us what we needed and then some. Best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere!!!
