This location has gotten my food wrong on more than one occasion. I have given them several chances to redeem the poor service. When I went today the drive thru was not only slow but also got lost when trying to figure out where they told me to park. 15+ mins wait and they were slow.

They have been pulling cars to the side to wait for their orders for almost 30 minutes. We just have been having bad service every time we come. We will no longer come to this one.

Went through drive through, was pulled to 3rd window to wait, had 2 burgers and 2 Fry's. 3 cars went through the drive through and we still hadn't gotten our food. Absolutely disgraceful. If your going to pull a vehicle don't push them off and forget about them. This was horrible customer service and might I add I had to come in to get my food cause I still hadn't received it.

The drive thru at night is ridiculous. Even if you make an order in the app ahead of time, they only do one order/one car at a time - even though there’s 2 lanes to order. The lobby is closed so if you do the doordash or UberEats pick-up you’re stuck in line for 10 minutes and I’m not even over exaggerating. Any other McDonald’s would have a system like parking in the parking spaces like you would if you ordered in the app and they could bring it out to you. But no. Straight up stupid how the whole system works. Oh and the girl in the drive-thru that has tattoos has horrible customer service and an attitude from hell.

I just dont know what to think anymore. The ice in my drink was almost nonexistent and the cup was a good inch short on drink. My fries were not even half full and my triple burger no cheese ONLY EXTRA mustard had cheese and not even close on the extra mustard.

I had a problem with my food but Faith was an AWESOME help. She was SO respectful and got us what we needed and then some. Best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere!!!

I go to the one on willow all the time before coming to work at 5am. They are always open. Go to this one and sat in the drive Thru for 5-7 and nobody answers. I didn't realize that each store got to choose their hours of operation. I figured if one is open then the other should be as well. Disappointed customer.

Would give no stars if possible. They left off a 10 piece nugget off of my drive thru order. No biggie, mistakes happen. My husband went in with our receipt to get it. A lady who appeared to be a manager refused and told him he was lying. She said they don’t have cameras in the kitchen so there’s no evidence. We then had to pay again for the nuggs. Super rude and accusatory over $7. Bad experience with a manager who was clearly on a power trip.They also forgot my sweet and sour sauce, which just added insult to injury.
