“Gifu is a cute food truck that Grove is lucky to have! The staff are really kind and grateful for repeat customers. They told me the Crab Rangoon are homemade. It's quality food, so there does tend to be a bit of a wait because it's made fresh. Most people call ahead. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is for lack of sushi selection, but it is still awesome for a food truck. I'd love to see some rolls with fresh fish options versus the artificial crab/smoked salmon, etc. If you are a fan of the deep fried sushi rolls, this is your place. I tried one and it was huge and delicious!“
