Gifu is a cute food truck that Grove is lucky to have! The staff are really kind and grateful for repeat customers. They told me the Crab Rangoon are homemade. It's quality food, so there does tend to be a bit of a wait because it's made fresh. Most people call ahead. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is for lack of sushi selection, but it is still awesome for a food truck. They're honestly the best in grove. You'll pay about the same here as most buffets but with much larger portions. The lady at the window is kind and is the definition of positive energy!They go though waves of buisness so sometimes you can have quick service and other time call in orders slow them down but they're efficient, quick, they love what they do and they cook everything to perfection.My go to is usually the hibachi steak/shrimp combo but they educated me and helped me...read full review

The gurl at the window misunderstood our order and we didn't know until we got home 30 minutes later. We called and the owner made it right! She's very sweet! Thank you for a great meal!!
