Ordered a shake, a malt & lg fries. The fries were cold, went back to the counter & informed the lady, who acted like it was my problem, yet took the bag, no apology & walked away. Saw her put fresh fries into the fryer & about 8 mins later received a fresh bag w hot fries from a different lady who did it with a smile.
I went to this Braums location in Idabel, Oklahoma. I ordered some food that was not prepared like I asked. I took the food back inside and the manager Jamie listened to my concerns and prepared the order over again in a timely manner. She was very courteous and sensitive to my concern. Thank you Jamie for providing excellent customer service.
