“So I reserved a place for my son's birthday about a month ago. When I called to verify everything, I was told that my reservation was never put down and they probably wouldn't be able to make it work. I panicked and started calling places. I spoke with the manager and he said that we could have it there and bent over backwards to accommodate us in every way he could. I appreciate this soooooo much. I did not want to tell my 9 year old that he couldn't have his party! Thank you so much LOL”

Lilee was our server n she did an excellent job of serving, Lilee checked on our table several times, we didn’t have to ask for anything. The food was great, except the sweet potato I ordered, it was burnt, everyone enjoyed their meal. I would go back to the restaurant just to have Lilee serve me.”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Terrible Experience I’ve been a loyal customer of Fatboys Pizza for a long time, but after my recent experience, I will never order from them again. My wife used my credit card to order a pizza while I was bedridden, recovering from a hospital stay and chemo treatments. Despite having used my card many times before without any issues, this time she was told she couldn’t sign for it. She explained that I was sick and had just returned from chemo, but the staff insisted that I come up there with my ID. I’ve never been ID’d for a pizza order before! Unable to believe their lack of empathy, I had to drag myself out of bed to show my ID. When I told them I couldn’t, they said we wouldn’t get our pizza. Frustrated, I told them to stick the pizza where the sun doesn’t shine and demanded to speak to the manager. The manager gave me attitude and hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation. When we finally got the pizza, it was smashed to one side of the box and cold. The next day, I called to speak to the owner, hoping for some resolution. I was promised a callback from the owner, but it’s been three or four days, and I haven’t heard a peep. I understand that businesses have policies, but this was an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience, especially considering my health situation. The lack of compassion and customer service was astounding. I will never order from Fatboys Pizza again and will be sure to share my experience with others.”

“I’m from Louisiana & have been searching for some good comfort/soul food since I moved out here in 2019 & I’m happy I stubbled upon this place due to door dash. I had the pork chop dinner with cabbage & Mac & cheese with some cornbread. Everything was delicious. Will definitely be ordering again.”

Wheelchair accessibility: The front has two doors, in case you have a wide chair, and the front counter and display is low enough to clearly see and order from your chair, and the inside is spacious enough to hold several chairs comfortably.”

“Samurai is one of my favorites when it comes to Sushi!!! Not only is the sushi great, but all of the staff is excellent as well! They always seem to remember me, and I find that really neat. As for the sushi, the Oklahoma, Bagel, and Super Crunchy rolls are absolutely to die for. I recently had the Texas Roll as well and that was also great.”

“I can not express how happy I am that Pollys is open again. I have been wanting a good pad thai for a very long time. I have tried so many different ones from many places in OKC, Lawton, Wichita Falls, St. Paul, Minnesota and Wichita, Kansas. There were some that were pretty good and some not so good. So today I drove 40 minutes just for Pollys pad thai and holy moly there is no comparison to all the others I have tried. Pollys knocks it out of the park. And don't get me going on their pineapple fried rice so dang good. If yall haven't tried Pollys, stop what you are doing and ask yourself why not. On top of the amazing food, the service is awesome.”

“Chef India’s Butter Chicken is the best Butter Chicken I have EVER had! The sauce was a perfect mix of creamy and spicy. The chicken was tender. I ate it in one sitting even though the portion was enough to feed two. 10/10 recommend! I can’t wait to try something else!”

My sons quesadillas were stuffed and according to him delicious. Worth mentioning: The chips were not greasy which I LOVED! The salsa had the perfect consistency! “We decided to try a local Lawton restaurant. Wow! This is a hidden gem! My husband and I both had the smoked chicken lunch. The chicken was tender and flavorful! Our sides, okra, mushrooms, fries, and baked beans were delicious and perfectly cooked, too! The outside of the restaurant isn't eye-appealing, but the inside is clean and the food incredible! Each time I've went in I've never waited for more than 10 mins for my food to come out, not because of lack of business but because of the skill craft the employees exhibit, they know their menu and how to cook it, I've never been disappointed. If your looking for local Chinese food in the area I definitely recommend stopping by and browsing their menu.”

As soon as I walked in the house I tore into those sacks. With my first bites I was taken back to my 'Grand Mama's' kitchen Sundays after Church! OMG!!! I had meatloaf, greens, yams & cabbage on 1 plate. Chicken & dressing on the other plate! EVERYTHING WAS DEELICIOUS!! If I have to pick a favorite - I can't. The seasoning, the LARGE portions were ALL on point! BTW the service was GREAT, the restaurant was CLEAN. This place is a PERFECT 10!! My next visit won't be soon enough.”

My frustration is with the stalls not being 100% I was unable to leave a tip after running my card and I felt really bad. Dominique was my car hop, and he was very professional, and had a positive attitude even though I was unable to leave him a tip, as I did not have any cash on me.

“My family and I go here quite often. The restaurant is always clean. The wait staff is amazing and patient. Nico and Ren are my favorite. They all recognize me now and always make me feel very welcome. Food is good and the wait is never long. Portions are huge but that is ok I get a couple of meals.

“To Bob Morris's review. Please be accurate in your review. We don't have cups of duck sauce. We have cups of sweet and sour sauce. What you ordered was a cup of sweet and sour sauce and an eggroll, which our surveillance camera shows you did in fact recieve and our register copy showed you did in fact order. You came back with an attitude, no doubt because you are frustrated you ordered the wrong thing. Had you come in with the food and reciept, it would have been easier to solve what the misunderstanding was and could have been corrected. You came back in hostile still saying you did not get the SAUCE, which is why the employees told you, you did get the sauce. If you would have said SOUP when you returned and brought the receipt and sweet and sour sauce back they would have told you, you ordered wrong and they would have corrected it easier. Finally another employee understood you wanted a soup. You would have gotten a refund of the Sweet and sour sauce if you would have returned it. Employees ring up and pack the items the customers stated. They are not mind readers to know what you meant. Everyone makes mistakes, and we fix ours. This was yours. And by they way, please show fast food worker some respect; you are no better than they are. You owe them an apology.”

It turned out that it was delivered to the wrong address, so the manager, Jared, said they would take care of it and get our order to the right address as soon as they could. The folks that received our food called us to see if they could help get our food to us, but we told them Chick-fil-A was already in the process of taking care of us. After waiting about an hour, we tried calling again but the lines were tied up - we left a message but didn't get a call back. Eventually I went up there to resolve the situation and was told they couldn't do anything because the food was accepted at the wrong address. So we are now sitting here figuring out what to eat after 2 and a half hours and my kids are very disappointed, not to mention my mother who just got robbed out of $180. We have always believed Chick-fil-A's customer service was reliable, but this is worse than even the mediocre fast food places. Terribly upsetting.”

“Since Red Dirt opened its doors they creeped their way into the role of a hometown bar. Red dirt offers a sports bar, grill, and an assortment of games under one roof. There’s a vast assortment of taps and cocktails available and a simple but delicious menu. The food is fantastic, going back to some original menu options, they have one of the ribeyes in town, and they have a good mixture fast and slow food. The staff is attentive to customers offering a friendly and fast service. They have a tendency of capitalizing on customer satisfaction whether it’s, food, music or entertainment. The regulars, with the management love this place for the atmosphere and won’t let it be anything but entertaining.”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Terrible Experience I’ve been a loyal customer of Fatboys Pizza for a long time, but after my recent experience, I will never order from them again. My wife used my credit card to order a pizza while I was bedridden, recovering from a hospital stay and chemo treatments. Despite having used my card many times before without any issues, this time she was told she couldn’t sign for it. She explained that I was sick and had just returned from chemo, but the staff insisted that I come up there with my ID. I’ve never been ID’d for a pizza order before! Unable to believe their lack of empathy, I had to drag myself out of bed to show my ID. When I told them I couldn’t, they said we wouldn’t get our pizza. Frustrated, I told them to stick the pizza where the sun doesn’t shine and demanded to speak to the manager. The manager gave me attitude and hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation. When we finally got the pizza, it was smashed to one side of the box and cold. The next day, I called to speak to the owner, hoping for some resolution. I was promised a callback from the owner, but it’s been three or four days, and I haven’t heard a peep. I understand that businesses have policies, but this was an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience, especially considering my health situation. The lack of compassion and customer service was astounding. I will never order from Fatboys Pizza again and will be sure to share my experience with others.”

“I went for lunch and halfway through my meal they brought me extra food because they wanted to apologize for the first batch of shrimp being a bit overcooked. I had not said anything and it wasn’t even that bad. They were very polite. Well done on the customer service when, in today’s world, is lacking! Great job LJS of Lawton!”

We went through the drive-through for a pick up order, got home and our food was so wet both meals had soaked completely through the cardboard boxes leaving an unappetizing puddle in the bottom of the plastic bag. There’s no reason for that sort of poor preparation. Debating whether we’ll go back or not.”

“When we came in it was pretty busy, so understandable we had to wait like 15 minutes for a table so I did some shopping. When we were sat, ordered 1 water, 1 DrPepper, and 2 coffees. We were never given a refill on any drinks even though we asked for more coffee but maybe he forgot. But, before we left we asked for 2 Togo DrPepper and the server told us he would be charging for 1 because we only ordered 1 I just said okay guess we will just have 1 Togo thinking when he came back he would realize being rediculous and bring 2 but nope 🤣🤣and the 1 he brought was like a kiddie size tiny drink 🤣🤣but food was prepared just how it is at every location.
