“Food/Taste/ - ordered Full Rack of Ribs to go. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender with just a slight crisp on the edges. We love that they include some of the edge pieces with the cartilage since it adds such a great texture. While the texture was great, the flavor was a bit lacking. There was just a hint of smokiness in flavor but it's heavily reliant on the sauce for taste. - friendly and super quick service on the counter!Ambiance: n/a/ - ordered food to go. “First time to try their steak. I am not a picky person when it comes to food. But I am picky about my steak and do not order steaks much when eating out. This rib-eye was on point. I will not hesitate to order this again. Great flavor, temperature and texture. No steak sauce needed here folks. They have this down!“
“Very happy with my experiences I’ve had with my local Rib crib we unfortunately around here do not have a lot of Barbecue restaurants. I’m always pleased with the Quality of the food and Sides that I get from rib crib! I’ve learned my favorite meats are chicken, Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage and Brisket. The Hot Barbecue sauce they have is hot but it is super good!?? the restaurant has an open parking lot and is handicapped accessible“
“The Gentleman who sliced my food was wonderful I got very nice looking tray. And it’s was absolutely delicious. He took his time slicing it which in my opinion is a big deal. I love the Hot Link, Brisket, and Chicken. The pulled pork is also good. The salads are very good as well and my wife prefers a loaded spud with pulled pork. The restaurant has a ton of seating and is handicap accessible. It was clean and the restroom were as well. I highly recommend this location“
