“We were on our way back to the DFW and decided to get something to eat. We had been on the road for a while and we were hungry and a bit grumpy. When we pulled up, the energy immediately shifted when the first staff member took our order. She was so kind and funny while taking our order. When we pulled up to get our food, the other staff member was just as pleasant and energetic. All locations should emulate what this store is doing.“

“I just placed a mobile order using the carry out option and arrived within 10 minutes to find that my meal was already waiting for me! As soon as I entered, the miss at the register greeted me with a smile! Even what seemed to be the cook came over to the counter area to greet me and ask me how my day went while the miss filled my drink! Overall a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff definitely seem to have a service-oriented and personable mindset and attitude! Especially since the dining area looked so clean! I enjoyed my visit to this Wendy’s and will definitely be back whenever I am in the area!“

“We eat here fairly often. We have one recurring issue we laugh about. My husband and I like the condiments directly on the bread not on top of the meat and veggies. He likes mustard on one side and Mayo on the other. One condiment per side. Down the length of the bread. No matter how we word it in the app they don't understand. So we pull up outside and order in the app to save money then go inside to explain how to build the sandwich. It's a little thing but the order of ingredients makes a huge difference in the taste“
