“OMG I LOVE their drive through service, puts me as ease every time and so kind and patient. Never feel rushed always feel special. And DAWN is amazing!! I have a long drive and no energy and she amazed me with a super caffeinated concoction specialized just for me. I said surprise me just make sure it has lots of caffeine and she made my happiness and energy instantly energized. Such great service. Couldn’t ask for better.“
“Hamburger wasn't as good as they used to be. Food was fair at best.The young man that took our order was good and nice to talk to.The store was clean and looked to in good repairWe walked through the grocery area, and everything looked fresh except we noticed some mold on cucumbers that were wrapped.Hopefully, burgers were just off that day.“

Customer service at the Ice cream counter can be nonexistent at times, depending on which store you’re at, but the Market counter customer service is always like a great double dipped cone!Parking: Well-lit and spacious.Kid-friendliness: Kids love Braums adults love Braums all of Oklahoma loves Braums!Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is nice and big and always well lit and the store is ground level, which makes it easy for wheelchair accessibility.“

“Since many local fast food places are short-handed in regards to staff, I do think that Braums still puts a lot of emphasis on still trying to make sure they fulfill orders correctly. Locally raised products that are produced by the Braums farm.Kid-friendliness: Kids love to look through the glass to pick their favorite flavors of Braums ice cream ?Wheelchair accessibility: Power doors for easy entry and exiting. Even though the parking lot is very busy, usually have no issues finding a handicapped parking spot.“
“My experiences at the Sonic Drive In on 19th St. have been a mixed bag, which is why I'm giving it four stars. I must admit, I find myself preferring the locations on Western Ave or the one in Norman off Tecumseh and 36th Ave.I have encountered some hiccups at the 19th street location in the past, but it's been a while since my last negative experience. I'm willing to give them more chances and see if they've made improvements.One of the most frustrating aspects of this particular location is its layout. With only one way in and out, it's easy for drivers to get confused. This confusion often leads to people sitting in the middle, unsure whether to turn left or right. A simple fix would be to install a sign to clarify this, along with some marked roads.Overall, while there's room for improvement, I'm cautiously optimistic about future visits. With a bit of attention to the layout and signage, this Sonic location has the potential to provide a smoother experience for its patrons.“
“Overall good experience. Some things I would improve on, promotions should be available 20-30 minutes before store opening to allow for mobile ordering earlier. The shakes were okay, a little thinner than I would prefer but yummy nonetheless.Service was just okay, a little slower than I would prefer during a lunchtime setting. I was with a small group, we all ordered shakes after our food, the member making mine was apparently not thrilled to be at work because he was moving incredibly slow. I got my shake last and it wasn’t the one I ordered. I was afraid maybe I got the wrong persons order, nope he just made the wrong one. This didn’t help him pick up the pace, it was still another 10 or so minutes before I got the right order. By the time I got mine, the rest of my group was long done with theirs so I had to hurry and drink mine to get back to work.Overall I would go again, but probably not super frequently.“
