We always have a good experience, and this time was no exception. Everyone was nice, courteous, friendly, and sincere. I will say, however, I ordered the Black Angus club sandwich and the meat was about 90 percent rubbery grissell. I let them know just so they would know. They gave me a cup of soup to make up for it (that was all I could think of when they asked me if they could remake me anything). Anyway, we will be back. I'm new to McAlister's, but their food is amazing!!! I first encountered it when my work had it catered. I was so hooked I had to try it for myself, their jalapeño turkey crunch and chicken salad sandwiches are the BEST! I will definitely be coming back here. Ordering ahead seemed to be easier than ordering when you arrive, but the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice enough to keep you occupied while you wait. McAlister's is a great lunch spot, and I'm glad Muskogee has one! I like to go for lunch and order in the app for table side. It's faster when there's a long line, and you can get rewards points and use coupons. I really only eat here when I have a coupon because it's quite expensive for what it is. But the dining room is nice, bright, and airy. I enjoy sitting on the patio when it's warm too.
