Took my mom to try the cuban sandwich. I have eaten them many times in Tulsa, and they were great. We went to the Muskogee store, and the employee was far more concerned with how we should leave her a tip than actually doing her job. Didn't get my rewards points entered, then proceeded to to tell me to just go on my phone and enter it with the receipt. Then I received a sandwich that was cold in the middle and Luke warm mac and cheese. I took it back to the counter and complained. My mom had finished her sandwich before they brought mine back out. The new mac and cheese was very bitter and the sandwich had some odd fat chunks in it and was very greasy. I guess my punishment for daring to complain. Never againUPDATE: to the store response, I must say if you think you are disappointed, be thankful you didn't have to pay $31.51 for terrible food( repeatedly, when your food is corrected and gets worse, it seems more than an oversight) and a bad attitude from your counter help.

McAlister's is a great lunch spot, and I'm glad Muskogee has one! I like to go for lunch and order in the app for table side. It's faster when there's a long line, and you can get rewards points and use coupons. I really only eat here when I have a coupon because it's quite expensive for what it is. But the dining room is nice, bright, and airy. I enjoy sitting on the patio when it's warm too.

We always have a good experience, and this time was no exception. Everyone was nice, courteous, friendly, and sincere. I will say, however, I ordered the Black Angus club sandwich and the meat was about 90 percent rubbery grissell. I let them know just so they would know. They gave me a cup of soup to make up for it (that was all I could think of when they asked me if they could remake me anything). Anyway, we will be back. And I might order the same thing, but if it is rubbery again, I will probably opt for something else. Thank you!

I'm new to McAlister's, but their food is amazing!!! I first encountered it when my work had it catered. I was so hooked I had to try it for myself, their jalapeño turkey crunch and chicken salad sandwiches are the BEST! I will definitely be coming back here. Ordering ahead seemed to be easier than ordering when you arrive, but the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice enough to keep you occupied while you wait. I think my total wait time was 10-15 minutes at about 11:30 AM, just before lunch rush.

The service was absolutely off the chain awesome. the atmosphere was very friendly. I love pastrami and corn beef so I got The New Yorker.The Caesar salad was not too bad. the sandwich was not too bad. they weren't great but they were not bad eitherI would go again.

The only reason I gave a 3 on food is the Witch's Brew Tea. Certainly not my pick. It was too strong of a caramel syrup and did not mix well with whatever it was. In my opinion the drink would have been better as just a green apple flavor slightly sweetened.
