“20230919T155 - I arrived and put my mobile order in at 3:55 PM. I used the restroom which was disgusting, and the toilet paper dispenser was empty, with a roll of toilet paper on the stability bar behind the toilet. The sign that says employees have the extra time to check the restrooms every 30 minutes made me laugh, as this was clearly not happening. The customer area was acceptable, but they need to use more cleaner on the table, as they all had streaks from when they were wiped down, making them look dirty. The screen on one of the self service kiosks is damaged and needs to be replaced. I received my order at 4:00 PM, which is amazingly speedy compared to the Shawnee intersection location. The food looked as good as Taco Bell can after being wrapped, and was delicious. As I've mentioned in my review of the Shawnee location, the Taco Bell app does not let you use multiple rewards in one order if you have them. So I did apologize to the young man that handed me my second Chalupa Supreme, as I had to order it separately for the $1 Chalupa Supreme deal. All in all, this location offers a pleasurable experience for fast food. Perhaps they can send some people over to the Shawnee location to train them so I don't have to drive across town to get a good experience.“
