It’s a decent little Mexican spot! We went there for lunch and enjoyed it. The food came out VERY fast. I paid $12 for the quesadilla lunch portion and it was smaller than I expected for the price, so I’d recommend the “Make Your Own”. It has larger portion sizes and will be better bang for your buck. The waiter was not too intrusive but came just often enough to keep everything going.

Today the Heartland Hatters a group of ladies with the Red Hat Society, met at Chelinos in Norman. Great food, and atmosphere, with a great waiter Fernando. We had a group of 18 ladies and the service beyond excellent! When we come back for next reservation we will request him!

Place is great. Free queso and tortillas is not a usual thing for me at a Mexican restaurant. Waiter and food were great.

Favorite Mexican restaurant around. Every since they moved to the west side of town it has been 10/10. Food is absolutely delicious every time. I've never gotten anything I didn't love. Staff is great too. Last time I was there for a call in order a man that I'm assuming is a manager helped me carry my food out. Couldn't ask for better food or service.

Chelinos Restaurants are usually a good place to go to meet friends and family. Food selection on their menu offer a broad selection of foods to accommodate the pickiest of eaters. My personal favorite is the restaurant Downtown in Bricktown. Usually crowed at lunch but the service is of such that your wait will usually be around 15 minutes. Wait staff is efficient and they are very good to take great care of you. They watch your table for any thing they know they need to do. Like fill your glass without tell you they are going to fill your glass. Service is good. If you care to have less of a crowd but same dining experience. Choose 36th and south Walker, the store in Norman off of I 35 and Ed Nobel Parkway. There are 12 locations in all and this restaurant group is sure to satisfy your needs. Their Moto is "Hungry Yet"

We were seated very quickly. Chips, queso, and salsa were very tasty. We were not rushed to order. We ordered fajitas and chimichanga. The food was really good, some of the best we have ever had. My husband did have a margarita, very delicious too! Giving 3 stars because the ticket was nearly $80 for two people it seemed a bit overpriced.

Friendly waitstaff, complimentary chips, salsa and queso. Menu is extensive with many options and several authentic proteins. Best chili relleno north of Texas (and I'm from Wisconsin ). Check it out you won't be disappointed

Just got take out fajitas & they barely bothered to cut the chicken & beef! How lazy can you be considering the lobby was empty when I picked up my food. Both are barely cut thick it's like eating chunks of rubber!

The service is very good! But the food is not the best all the time, one of the guests at my table complained that his chicken he got on his food was very tough and a black' ish color, (uncertain what the dish name is) And I got 2 tamales and the rice had a weird taste to it. The Queso is a little chunky too. I've never had any problems with the service, or atmosphere. (There is a bar included.)
