This place is incredible! If it were in my town, I would be a consistent regular! EVERYTHING was outstanding - from the salsa to the chips to the eggs to the enchiladas to the service... (except the biscuits & gravy, which were average at best). If you like Mexican food breakfast - beyond the typical "huevos rancheros" then this is your spot! First time trying Juan del Fuego and we were very satisfied. The chicken chilaquiles were amazing (add two over easy eggs!) Mel was our server. She was the sweetest gal with great energy and gave great service; which is hard to come by lately... everywhere you go. We will definitely be a returning customer!

Family owned and operated. Great food, great service. A place that really feels like they appreciate your business. Great for breakfast or lunch. Santa Fe papas always hit, but everything is good. Check it out and you’ll see what I’m taking about.
