Horrible. I was excited until I got there. The apartment was cleaner when we left than when we first moved in. The carpet had holes in it, and there was this weird yellow liquid on the ceiling. The staff is no help, some are rude, and others are just stand offish. Rent is way over than what you can get from other apartment complex’s near by. Staff is unhelpful, rude, and obviously has no idea what is going on half the time. One of the most disorganized housing offices I’ve ever dealt with. Good luck if you have to interact with them at any time during your stay at OU

If you enjoy being lied to about housing options, go with OU Housing. They'll tell you that you can apply on a certain date but when that date comes and goes they'll tall that that, in fact, the waitlist has been closed since Spring.
