Our meal & service was great as usual, which is why I was very surprised to receiving a pizookie as bad as it was. We always order the salted caramel & it has never until tonight gone wrong! Right off the bat I noticed it smelled and looked burnt. To my surprise when I put my spoon into the cookie it was nothing but dough, it's like the oven was left on broil instead of bake. Service was outstanding! Food? Well, I'll just list the top 3.1. My Ceasars salad had no dressing on it. It was lettuce, cheese, and croutons.2. Our appetizer was.....just felt like they spooned out some cheeze whiz in a bowl.3. My steak was cold, had more gristle than a mean old man.We'll just move on to somewhere else.

Our experience was very pleasant, even on a busy Saturday lunch hour! Service was friendly and timely. Our daughter enjoyed interacting and playing with the staff. The food was delicious as always and a Pizookie was the perfect way to cap off the meal.
