I have had a very disgusting experience, I was so excited because I got told that they have gluten-free waffles and pancakes, I decided to order the gluten free and ask the server to order me those and ask her 3 times to make sure she order the gluten free waffles, she said yes. This place is the closest in my area. It's a nice place and I've visited many times. The food and atmosphere are typical of this brand. The service is good most of the time. I've had a couple of experiences where it took them I while to sit me down when the place wasn't even that busy: plenty empty booths and tables, and a lot of the staff were just gathed around the manager by the machine where the orders are placed.
