After years of intending to, I finally stopped in to split a sundae with my husband. Kudos to them for making their own ice cream, but it was definitely more ice than cream. The flavors we tried were muted and some not accurate. I do love their ooey gooey fudge topping, but they pool it at the bottom of the cup for some odd reason. They didn't say, but strawberries are also available. Besides being a bit absent-minded, at least the servers were friendly. I am torn on this place...read full review
First time, had the Chocolate Nirvana. It was MOST EXCELLENT. As I'm sure everyone knows, it's a beautiful traditional soda shop, circa early 1900's.We were the only people there, which seems odd. Excellent ice cream nonetheless.

Sometimes you just need a nostalgia lunch! Kaiser's is always the best spot in downtown for a blast from the past lunch. Burgers and ice cream! I got the cheeseburger with some potato wedges and for dessert, pound cake Al a mode. I will never not go here. So glad it is still around in midtown! The young lady running the orders was working so hard and doing such a great job! Thanks for the great service! Enjoy!
