My wife and I went on Friday, 1/6/22. Apart from being a dining experience, this was also half art installation and half magic show. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was presented beautifully and the colors and textures (and aromas) were quite pleasing. Each course was served by a chef or member of staff who explained the ingredients and flavor profiles. They were all knowledgeable and seemed, justifiably, proud of what they were doing. The chefs served three courses with ingredients I normally detest, butternut squash and beets. The winter tartlet and a savory custard both included the squash and they were amazing! The beet came with the tenderloin course and it was so smoky and sweet, I got a little verklempt.Because it's a tasting menu, the courses are smaller then an average main; we had the 10-course menu and left satisfied and very full. The Focaccia and the Tendeloin courses could have been a meal all on their own. I don't drink, so I skipped the wine pairings, but I learned that they offer a non-alcoholic pairing and I regret not trying it.The dessert course were life affirming. There was a Tea & Snack course with spiced beef tea and aebelskivers which almost made my wife cry (in a good way). The apple sorbet was gorgeous! It was like biting into a green apple, tart followed by sweet. The color and textures were beautiful. This was a wonderful experience. The staff were attentive and kind and seemed invested in what they were doing. The room is small, but I didn't feel cramped and had no issues having a conversation with my wife. Our seats were right next to the kitchen and it was a treat to watch the chefs at work.Standouts, for me, were the Sunchoke with miso and apple and the Bok Choy with tofu and mushroom. I was delighted with our evening and can't wait to return.

Nonesuch, nestled in Downtown, offers an unparalleled dining adventure with its ever-evolving tasting menu. Inspired by Swedish chef Magnus Nilsson and local Oklahoma produce, it's earned accolades, including Bon Appetit's recognition as "America's best new restaurant." The ambiance is sophisticated, with a sleek design, an open kitchen, and rustic accents like dried herbs and flowers.Service is impeccable, with a cohesive team providing personalized attention. The tasting menu, a journey through 10 courses, showcases the chefs' ingenuity and skill. Each dish is a masterpiece, meticulously crafted and visually stunning. From the carrot lamb taco to the beet dish and catfish, flavors are bold and memorable, challenging preconceptions and delighting the palate. While some dishes like the potato lacked balance without the caviar and the bao bun suffered from an undercooked bottom, Nonesuch delivers a magical culinary experience. It elevates local ingredients to new heights, rivaling culinary greats. Collaborations with other establishments promise even more culinary marvels. Overall, Nonesuch offers an extraordinary dining experience that deserves recognition and celebration.

Had an amazing experience in the private dining room. Atmosphere, food, and staff made it feel like a high end spa experience (but for your pallet)! The food was not just delicious it was complex and well thought out. The kind of dishes you have to experience slowly and as you go you are able to understand more and more what you are tasting. My personal favorites of the evening were probably the waffle and the yellow gumdrop:)

First thing first I have travel to a few amazing parts of the world in my life. Been to over 10 countries and 4 I lived in for a minimum of a year. I have had fine dining experiences in the past and have always left feel like a place is amazing but over priced. Then there was Nonesuch.I was very hesitant to spend the kind of money this place is because it is absolutely a pricey dinner for us. I was going in hoping that it was even close to the value. After having said all that I would pay it again again and again. Absolutely astonishing service quality, and dishes of food that will make you question whether you have actually been eating food your whole life. The dishes themselves were so high quality and made with such care an precision that I still feel like I'm lacking words to describe them. My pictures are mediocre in this because I literally couldn't stop focusing on the food and the flavors packed into EACH BITE!No matter the cost if you are in OKC or live in OKC and have the opportunity this is a place that will change the way you feel about food. Thank you again none such and staff for an unforgettable evening.

We’ve eaten at many tasting menu restaurants around the world and the food and service here is right up there with the best. Prices seem fair. The wine pairing servings are generous but really each one applies to more than one course so maybe just getting a few glasses makes more sense. Also you only get a very brief overview menu after the meal so clearly this place is meant for adventurous open- minded diners. Having said that we literally loved each of the 10 courses!

It was just "okay." It was unique, it was a fun experience, I'm glad my sister paid for it LOL. Seriously, It was good; however, if you are expecting to go in and have what Oklahoman's consider a meal - that's not happening. The portions are tiny, it's like a tasting menu. The adult beverage is not included in the price of admission; however, we did the pairing and it was worth the cost. The wine's were fantastic. Can I pay to not eat and just drink? The service was amazing, everyone was polite and very knowledgeable about everything. The atmosphere is kinda different. Since you are sitting around a bar it can be difficult to have conversations with the folks you came with, not a deal breaker, just not the norm.

Being a simple city girl, I never thought I'd have the opportunity to indulge in a fine dining experience; that was until I suggested it to my mother for her Christmas present.Truly a niche in the downtown OKC area, one could blink and miss such a jewel of an establishment unless they paid close attention. The accommodations made by the staff(Rachel, Chad, and Kiki) were top tier, hospitality and knowledge of their liquor, foods, and so on unmatched. The food: my God, the food. I had never had combinations like these yet a few of them rekindled a nostalgia from past things I've tasted(definite Ratatouille vibes).nonesuch is a well-oiled machine. It's home. It's nothing yet everything I wanted to share with my mom tonight; so, thank you, guys. Cheers. ❤️?

We had a great experience at Nonesuch. We had the 10 course fixed menu plus wine pairing on the Saturday night before Xmas. It was great - as good if not better than the last fixed course meal we had at a Michelin 2 star restaurant in Portugal back in September.
