“Food's great, service is trash, especially for takeout. On the rare occasion they actually answer the phone, you get to wait some indeterminate amount of time for someone to call you back. That's of course on the rare occasion they actually answer. Most of the time they ignore the phone entirely or send you to a voicemail box that tells you they don't check their messages.“

I read through some of the bad reviews just out of curiousity because I couldn’t imagine why anyone would leave a bad review for this place and you could just tell they were snarky people - a majority of them saying they’d be ordering from this place for years but one day they got a “rushed” pizza so they left a 1 star review 🤪. They don’t even charge a delivery fee or a “convenience fee” (whatever that means) like some other places do. The pizza is fantastic and the calzones are astonishingly large. My husband and I each ordered one one time thinking that for the price the size was just for one person but no!! Each one would’ve served three people! I’ll be relocating to more eastern Oklahoma next year and one of the first things I did was see if they have an Eagle One. Sadly they do not! Only complaint is have more locations 😂.“

“This place is pretty awesome The games are uber expensive, I'm sorry it's just what it is but they're worth it.... kind of and the prizes are okay. Pizza's pretty yummy all the time , they have a movie theater that you could just walk into. All that's fine and dandy except for when you're noise sensitive (certain louder high pitch )and a person comes in to game room with the absolute loudest toddler screaming I might be very sensitive on hearing and might have been a disabled in the floor for a few minutes but otherwise great place atmosphere great people great clients good business“

“Had a great dinner date with my husband here. I had the prosciutto wrapped asparagus and he had a Greek salad for appetizers. We both requested cauliflower crust pizzas, and the crust was delicious and crispy. I highly recommend the flying pig. The chicken is super tender and the sauce is delicious! Hubs got the Italian Tony and said it was great. The only thing that detracted from our experience was that the tables are crammed very closely together and the noise level is high. Our server, Jacobee, was fantastic“

“This restaurant is in a building called "The Parlor". It is a conglomerate of restaurants, and parking is located on the north side of the building, off of 7th Street.
We ordered a NY style called East Coast, and a Detroit style called Motor City. we also ordered a cannoli, but I did not take a pic of that because it was so delicious we ate it in 5 seconds flat. Be sure to get a cannoli.
Both pizzas were pretty great. The crust on the NY was fantastic. The crispy cheese edge on the Detroit was delicious. Really I only have 2 negative things.
First, I did not enjoy the dollop of ricotta on the pizzas. I love ricotta, but theirs had a weird taste and texture. It was more like sour cream.
I also dislike the venue. It is SO LOUD and the music is horrible. But that's just my personal opinion. Maybe you will love it.
We will come back when the weather is nice and we can sit outside. Stop by and give them a try.“

“Really enjoyed this place. I did a google search to get out of our typical pizza circuit and decided on pronto pizza. The guy working was as nice as could be and made the short interaction memorable. The garlic cheesy bread is also real garlic.“

“Came into Okcity to go to Factory Obscura & drove @ 24 miles round trip out of way to eat here. Had only had it one other time in Oklahoma City and once in Joplin but really enjoyed it. It was late lunch time so not many people there and we were starving. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they immediately put in an order of fresh breadsticks for us so we were happy with that. However, it took a good 30 minutes to get our food but we didn't complain but the management came over and apologized for the wait and offered us one free voucher coupon because we did have to wait a long time for their being only a couple people there. “My youngest son chose Marco's for his birthday lunch. It was coveniently located. Clean inside and out, including restroom. Our food was GREAT! The order was perfect. My wife got a salad which she really liked. My son's and I all got Pizzolis. Really great, and not heavy on the stomach. My wife got wings and shared them with my son. They really liked those too. And if you want to just eat the cheese off the top to minimize gluten risk, there is enough melty goodness to do that.$ 19 for an XL pepperoni pizza. They say 17in, but maybe that is just the diameter of the cheese. This is a hefty pie.Your buddy is not in the mood for pizza. How about a sub, salad, taco, bagel, or fried anything? They got you covered. Beer, wine, chips, and fried pies, too.You can check out at the Sabaros counter with anything from the gas station that has a bar code. So don't forget the chips and sodas for your movie sleep over circa sophmore year of high school. Ah, good times...ok, maybe not, but pizza made everything a little better. Sometimes, it can still work its magic now that we are older.If you must have it delivered, there is an app for that too, but options might be limited to just their menu.
