I know I give a lot of five star reviews but to be fair, I only go to awesome places. One of my favorite things to do is come up here with a book, mid afternoon and sit at the bar. I always get the Thai beef salad (bc why mess with perfection?) and order the Austin East pineapple cider. Cash, she is my FAVE bartender, will take the best care of you. Shout out to Chevy.. extraordinarily bartender & cool dude. Awesome place. No other like it. I'm a traveling lineman and have been all around. This is the spot 4 real. They especially treat there first time guest extra special. Thanks again Republic Gpub...?

My third time to Republic Gastropub. Each time I have gotten the side of brussel sprouts and turnips for an appetizer and it is on my all-time favorite list. Drinks and food are always good and service is great.
