Republic is always a win. One of the best spots to enjoy great food and service and any sports event.Tonight my family and I went here to enjoy dinner for my birthday. It was flawless.I want to specifically shout out Bradford (server) and the manager (didn't catch the name....) They went above and beyond to make the evening perfect. Bradford was a particular fantastic server. Super impressed by it all again.

Great place for business meetings. Large beer selection. Our server shalla was AMAZING. One of the best servers I've ever seen. Truly pays attention and shows up at your table at the exact time you want her to. She caught me before I left because I left something and made sure I got it back. Can't say enough great things about this place and Shalla. Will definitely make this a go to for more meetings and gatherings.

Yikes!I attempted to bring 10 of my team members with me for happy hour and dinner at this place.When we walked in, there were more employees than people but it still took then 10 minutes to seat us. The girl who did made it seem like a tremendous burden.It then took them 30+ additional minutes to bring out our first beers. They forgot 4 of them entirely and gave me the wrong beer.An additional 5 minutes after pointing out the missing drinks, they still had not brought them.45 + minutes after walking into this establishment and some of us couldn't even procure a sweet tea.So we asked to tab out.11 people who intended to drink 3-5 drinks each plus apps and dinner. As a business owner, this honestly made me cringe.I was recommended to this place by friends and it has a good review score on Google, so it's completely possible this was a one off experiance. But Holy cow man.I did give them a 2nd star because they have a great beer selection and that certainly counts for something.

For a gastropub the waitress seemed to know very little about beer. They don't have IBU listings on their menu or descriptions of the beers.

My third time to Republic Gastropub. Each time I have gotten the side of brussel sprouts and turnips for an appetizer and it is on my all-time favorite list. Drinks and food are always good and service is great.

I know I give a lot of five star reviews but to be fair, I only go to awesome places. One of my favorite things to do is come up here with a book, mid afternoon and sit at the bar. I always get the Thai beef salad (bc why mess with perfection?) and order the Austin East pineapple cider. Cash, she is my FAVE bartender, will take the best care of you. It's definitely a sports bar inside, it can get loud at times but like right now is perfect. All the food I've had is amazing. I'm also a huge fan of the republic burger. 10/10
