This is the second time have tried a Sonic in Okc. Customer service good. The quality of the prep and food after is disappointing.. have not had bad experience in smaller communities. Like.... Shawnee, Konowa, or Seminole. Assuming difference is where getting their supplies or something as they do things with a different level of excellence
This is the first time I had one of their employees come out to double check with us on our order! Assuring that the food will be right. Will keep coming back for my samiches every Tuesday I can! Thank you guys for caring and doing a great job! This really changed the kind of day I was having.

Order two items and got one completely wrong. Asked for a cheese burger with cheese and mustard and couldn't even get that right. Service is very slow for there being two other cars in the parking lot.
