Today I ordered a drink and when I got home it tasted off. I went back to the location and they remade it for free and I'm always worried about feeling awkward during these kind of situations but the girl working the drive thru was so kind about it.This location gets pretty busy but I feel like they work their tails off to accommodate everyone.A1 customer service and why I always love to give my business to Starbucks
normally I have a great experience at this location. however, lately the employees have really let me down. they are currently out of a lot of their products and supplies, which is totally okay! the issue comes up when you order something and they don't tell you till after they give you the wrong size or something else and say "oh yeah we're out of that". no offer of adjusting payment or correcting the issue in any way. Only just started going to this Starbucks, despite how good of a spot it's in. The vibe is great and the drinks are accurate! The biggest plus is the drive thru never looks packed, while other ones will have long lines at times.
