I highly recommend to avoid this locationThis used to be a great location. However it is abysmal now.Corners and windows are very dirty and dusty. Only the table tops were clean, with the floor under the tables being unkempt.Very unfriendly staff, rushed throughout my whole order. Then my name was spelled wrong even after I spelled it for them, the whole staff laughed like it was a joke making it seem intentional.

Employees are SO UNFRIENDLY!! I walked in for mobile order, no acknowledgment and when I picked it up and said thank you no acknowledgment. I hope the owner of this franchise realizes that your staff is going to run your customers off. This is not the first time this location has been rude but you always try to give them the benefit of the doubt that they are busy or having a bad day. Today not a single person was in the store, drive thru was busy, but not a single word or even eye contact. I hope you will talk to your staff and make them realize they have a job because of the customers, so treat the customers with common courtesy.
Only just started going to this Starbucks, despite how good of a spot it's in. The vibe is great and the drinks are accurate! The biggest plus is the drive thru never looks packed, while other ones will have long lines at times.

This is the only location that I come into were your never acknowledged. I waited for some time and actually had to ask for the order. The order was actually just sitting there the entire time. The customer service isn’t good at this location and could be a lot better!

I wish I could give a rating lower than 1, but unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest I can give to be able to leave the review. We made a mobile pick-up, and we arrived just 2 minutes late at the time they closed the door. It was our fault to make the order at the last minute because I thought they were going to close at 9. However, We arrived there at 8:02. The lobby was closed, and we were knocking on the door. They were trying their best to ignore us and then keep rolling their eyes. Then I processed to go on the drive-through to let them know our order should be ready; they just needed to give it to us. The guy answered with the headset, just saying that they are close. Is it going to take your life if you just open the door and let people pick up the drink that they paid for?. Unprofessional service

I love my Starbucks wherever I go but I've tried this place a handful of times and every time I'm reminded why I avoid this location. I waited 15 minutes for my drink and wasn't close to getting served. When I asked the barista for help she declined and I ended up leaving without my drinks. I will never return to this location.
