“Employees are very kind and efficient at this May location. A fairly new Starbucks for this area and much welcomed. The location couldn’t be any easier to get to being right off the highway and May. Love the big open floor plan and mobile pick up is always a breeze. My new favorite adder for my shaken espresso is the blonde espresso shots. Really sweet and rich. Great experience at this Starbucks location off of May!Dietary restrictions: I am extremely lactose intolerant, and they are always amazing about making sure oat milk is in my shake and espresso.Parking: Tons of parking in this retail area. Big parking lot on the side and back for Starbucks and additional parking elsewhere too.“
“Was in OKC for a couple days and stopped at this location twice. Joe was our cashier both times and was so friendly and gave us a great experience, he even remembered our order the second day! “My wife and I went there yesterday . We had a doctor's appointment at SSM . So this is right next to Saint's hospital. We had some time to kill, so we went and got a coffee. There's free parking, but we had to park pretty far away. But the walk was worth it because the coffee was amazing and the staff was even better. They were so helpful and friendly and they made really good coffee drinks. I'm sure that most of their customers are hospital staff, but if you're ever in the downtown area or going to Saints, go check out this Starbucks. You probably won't regret it.“

“The staff were again so friendly and bubbly. Wonderfully presented. However, it's right off the highway and of course we have it everywhere, a few ppl hanging around outside at the lights. The entrance/exit is difficult. Very high probability of accidents.“
“I have bought drinks at this location on a monthly/weekly bases for over a year. Sometimes my order is for 1 or 2 drinks but sometimes it is 6- 8 drinks. The first time I picked up 8 drinks for a Saturday "pick me up" for everyone at our clinic, some of the drinks spilled in my car. After that I started ordering them to pick up and have been requesting bags to put them in because it was only me and 6-8 drinks. For months the employees at Starbucks have been willing to accommodate my need for bags and very nice.But NOT today, 2/10/24, I was told no by an employee who was clearly doing her job by telling me no. I said nicely I need them because it was just me and 7 drinks. Another older employee said I could not have bags because Starbucks only provides bags to delivery services like Uber eats. I replied that I had received them before from this location. The other nicer younger employee offered to help me carry the 7 drinks to my car. I said no, I NEED bags with a less nice tone because I felt Starbucks was being unreasonable. And the other older rude employee said fine, its not worth fighting about! She was right. It isnt worth fighting about. (I didnt realize we were fighting.) But we were having not nice voices with each other.If a customer needs bags to carry drinks, then Starbucks should not require their staff to cause strife and tell customers no we only give those to delivery services. The not very nice employee even said she had done it before (carried 7 drinks in her vehicle) and had no problem. Well, wonderful for her, if she has never spilled a drink in her car. But unfortunately, Starbucks drinks (more than 3) spill in my car because I cant control other drivers who stop quickly in front of me and drinks spill OR my car hits a bump OR something else happens and drinks spill. I DONT KNOW WHY delivery services are given bags to keep their vehicles nice and clean. However, customers like me are told no you cant have bags to carry drinks. Instead Starbucks will give you 2 cup holders to put in your car and and attitude of "well, its to bad if the drinks spill on the way to your destination."Why does Starbucks refuse giving bags to paying customers to help keep the drinks from spilling and help keep our vehicles clean?Today, when I bagged up the 7 drinks in 4 bags with 1 food item (happy to do it myself, had offered to do it myself in the past but the prior employees would not let me and 2 of them bagged them up in the past), I arrived at my destination and 4 drinks had spilled in the bags and 4 did not. At that POINT, I was glad I was not willing to leave without bags because I am glad I do not have coffee stains in my car nor did I have a mess to clean up.If Starbucks changed their policy about providing bags to customers who are picking up more than 2 drinks alone (in the last month or two), then Starbucks please PLEASE change the policy back. I give this policy of not giving customers who are picking up orders of 3 or more drinks a star rating of Negative 5 (-5). If Starbucks policy at this location is not to provide bags for customers picking up drinks for other people than themselves, then Starbucks needs to change their policy or change the app to prevent customers from picking up more than 2 drinks for 1 person to deliver to a destination so that 1 person showing up to pick up 6 drinks for other people wont have to stress about the mess in their car.For heavens sake, WHY is it a Starbucks policy not to provide bags to customers who need them to transport drinks in a safe and clean manner? Its not like I was asking for a Starbucks bag and putting something else in it. I was putting Starbucks drinks into a Starbucks back so that I could take my friends their Saturday morning "pick me up"!!!!Starbucks drinks are not cheap BUT they are great!5 stars for the drinks!-5 stars for take out policy“
“NW 36th & N May is absolutely the best in town! The service is wonderful, product always great! But even better, they treat you like family! I know they're franchises but the employees make the difference & this one has the best! I will go out of my way if necessary because they are like only 1 other (NW Expressway & N Independence, absolutely the same wonderful people, service, & product)! I love my mom & pops but will get my coffee no where else! & they treat my dog even better, bonus! ♥️ Chris“

“Normally the morning crew is amazing! I came in today and ordered my regular. Asked for caramel drizzle around and on top. And since I'm paying $0.60 for the drizzle, I don't think it should be an issue. So they handed me my drink and it was only on top. So I asked them to remake it and put it around the cup an on top. They gave me such a a dirty look and looked so annoyed. Ugh. So better crew!!!“

“I come to this specific Starbucks before each and every one of my clinicals for a few reasons. 1. They always make my drink correctly. 2. The staff is always so kind and friendly. I always order the same order (iced matcha latte) and I go through the drive-thru when I order from here cuz It's usually very early in the morning around 6 am. But nonetheless they are still very efficient and have great attitudes 10/10, will keep coming back!“
“I am not a frequenter, but I do enjoy the occasional Starbucks delight. I swung through the drive thru for a quick breakfast. I grabbed a breakfast sandwich and a hot chocolate with no whip. $9.99. I used a $10 gift card I earned by submitting everyday receipts on the Fetch app. Super easy. My only complaint is that Starbucks is too expensive for what you get. Otherwise, I’m a happy customer.“
“They have the best employees!! My car quit in their drive-thru on 4-11-24. I was 1.5 hours from home and majorly panicking about how to resolve the issue as I blocked traffic. The girl working the window (thin, short black hair, maybe 28 years old) sprung to action to find some help for me. She found her co-worker (guy, maybe 25) who was sitting in his truck on his lunch break and told him of the situation. He gladly offered to jump my car off. Then they gave my daughter her coffee for free since we'd had such stress. The world does have some great people left and two of them work there. Thank you!!!!“
“This is a small Starbucks with no immediate parking it's on a raised parking lot around it it's not a far walk to get to it but it's not parking right in front of the building either. The drive-thru is built in tightly around the building and is kind of small but they move extremely fast getting cars in and out and less time than you would think possible especially when ordering things like Frappuccinos which I always do hahaDietary restrictions: They clearly Mark all of their food items with calories and they have low carb options as well.Parking: The girl who worked the window was very cute kind helpful and attentive they were very fast at their job.Kid-friendliness: More of an adult setting really but they have sweets and non coffee drinks as well they also have free Wi-Fi that the kids could use.“

“It's a perfectly fine location. The staff are well trained & friendly. If there's a line they usually move efficiently and quickly to get customers moving. Their menu is somewhat limited compared to a standard location. And in typical Starbucks fashion the deli/bakery side of things is overpriced. As someone who enjoys their various iced teas it doesn't really affect me.“
