“Had the absolute best worker and customer service she was very quick but very kind and accurate just all around best taco bell experience in a very long time. Even with a decent size order and changes to a couple items everything came out very quick fresh and with no mistakes. Very pleased! Don't visit Taco Bell often due to food quality and service most of the time but this location was a different experience!“

“I had an issue with my order after waiting in line for a while and it was remade while I was still at the store. When I got home it was still wrong and I called in and let them know and they absolutely made it right. They let me come in the next day to get the correct order. This time was quick and it was the right order. I just wanted to shout out Ashley for making it happen and making it right. It is very much appreciated“

Taco Bell in Lakewood Shopping Center is fast, fresh, and always consistent! Tacos, quesadillas, nachos—the Mexican-inspired classics hit the spot every time. Drive-thru is quick, modifications are easy, and late-night hours (closes 4 AM) are a bonus. Solid value in a convenient spot off May Ave. My go-to for quick cravings!“

“I came here on accident, I went to put in an order on the Taco Bell app and somehow picked the wrong one but I’m so glad I did! I was very impressed with this door! I came at about 9:30 AM and got the five layer burrito, it was hot fresh crispy and delicious! The man who served meat was very polite and helpful and friendly. I went through the drive-through. Great store!“

“We went at 230am and we ordered 24$ worth of food for 4 people. But they in the middle of changing out the beans meat etc and so we waited in line for 30 mins. The guy in front of us drove off as the people in front of him, who were at the window we're getting their food. So when we got to the window the lady ended up giving us his food which was 3 Doritos locos tacos and a five layer for free. And two large drinks for free since we waited so long. So it was pretty awesome. We jammed out to some slow jams anywho while we waited. Food was super fresh and amazing!“

“I just wanna say this location the evening shift from 830 all the way into the a.m. hours they work very hard and they cook the food very well and they cook it like they’re supposed to cook it and make it like they’re supposed to make it and that’s the only location I like to go to is because the one that is by my house is on 104th and Western and that one is horrible and they always mess up my order and they’re very unprofessional over there and they play around too much with the other one so the people from the evening shift here all the way today and ours they deserve something because they’re always they’re always doing their job. They’re always on point. Everything’s always good and I never have no issues so I’d like to say thank you because They’re probably the only Taco Bell that I like in Oklahoma City completely in the metro area so hands-down.“

“I would have put five out of five but it’s a lady named Sean. That is a very bad look for your business. She is a rude and very unwelcoming. Customer service is free, babe. Other than that this is a great location with great customer service but one bad Apple can Spoil a bunch“

“Maaaan whoever was working on September 17th around 4:30PM… y’all KNOW HOW TO MAKE SOME FOOD. We got a Luxe cravings box, a burrito and spicy potato taco. They actually spread the ingredients evenly throughout the burritos, they didn’t drown it in lettuce or sauce. My burrito is built like Fort Knox and I’m ECSTATIC that I’m about to demolish this burrito right now. WHOEVER WAS WORKING TODAY NEEDS A RAISE. Kudos to the guy working the window, we didn’t know he was chill like that. 😎“

“I had a rough day yesterday and ordered tacobell on DoorDash, there were some complications to my order so I called to inform them. the manager was sweet and sincere. She told me to refund the food and have another ticket made, but I accidentally set it to pickup. I got my credits back today so I made another ticket. she left a note in my bag “made fresh, hope it’s better, have a great day! ❤TB Manager❤ She remembered me from yesterday and it was really nice :) I didn’t catch her name but im someone that looks at reviews for my name, thank you miss manager for the extra hot nuggets. “We had such an amazing family lunch at this Taco Bell today! We felt exceptionally lucky because our large order came out piping hot, fresh, and perfectly accurate. The Crunchwrap Supreme was packed with rich flavor, the Cheesy Gordita Crunch was outstanding, and the nachos were crispy. The dining room was thoroughly clean and cozy, letting us sit together and chat happily. The friendly staff treated us with genuine warmth, making our whole family visit wonderfully pleasant and special!“

“They were nice and polite but every taco i had was overstuffed with lettuce and fell apart and the sour cream was all in one spot and gross like it wasn't even attempted to put across tacos so full bite of lettuce and sour cream. I wouldnt have even complained but this was the 2nd time ive received my food the same way.“

“So there was a worker named jaylee and I have so many great things to say about her we went through the drive through and we got the order wrong but we came back and she gave us our order the right way and it was my sisters bday and jaylee was so nice to her and gave her somtin overall a good restaurant 5stars“

“I had a horrible experience when I already had to get folks to order in my party.
I came through the drive through asked questions bc the menu was different then ordered only to get the window and have no interaction bc the girl was on the headset and she finger to lip hushed her coworkers so she could take orders and in the meantime no specifics were asked at the pick up window. I look in the bag bc the hospitality was poor and my chalupas are incorrectly made (I ordered steak they gave chicken) and no chips and cheese either or Crunchwrap. So I go inside I wait…..four minutes….mind you I came through the drive through. I come in ask to get my order corrected….i watched the employees make and ship four orders before I asked for a refund and left the store. Worst shift I have ever delt with. Taco Bell needs to hire better.“

“Went here a lil back at like 2am and their drink station was down but the server was so nice gave us a taco for no drinks and just immensely friendly! Our Cinnabons and strawberry Cinnabons were delightful! Wish I remembered their name but thank you for the amazing experience !“

“8-5-26 12:02 am. Normally not a Taco Bell customer but I came to taco bell near my home and they happened to be understaffed but the manager Sam made everything work smooth an quickly. “My food was what I expected from taco bell. Good, accurate, worth the price. But I have to take time to talk about an employee I believe named Koni. He gave great service, had an awesome personality and gave hospitality I would expect at a sit down restaurant. Its not easy to wear that headset and do that job hours each shift, but he did it well and had such a great attitude I had to leave a review somewhere hopefully that his manager will see because this young man made my visit better. I've never done a review for taco bell before.“
