We chose to celebrate my wife's birthday with a fine meal and a view. Vast fit the bill perfectly. We started with bone marrow and Cesar salads. Both are delicious. We chose to let the chef feed us his choice with the “dinner for two”. A well marbled, bone-in, 22oz ribeye was tender, juicy, and properly seasoned. I was blown away by this restaurant. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable, the food was extremely well done, and the atmosphere was unbeatable. I will recommend this restaurant to any business associates that happen to be in Oklahoma City.
