My wife and I just stopped by the McDonald’s inside Walmart to get a Coke and an ice cream. Selena took our order, and Cliff made our food. Both were so kind and professional; Cliff made us a larger size ice cream for my wife and I to share, and when my wife said she’d likely ask for a refill of Coke before we left, he went ahead and made us another one for the road. Customer service making food is just playing on phone and complaining about being out of products. Waited 15 min for food and another 5 min for frappe. Should never take this long. Manager needs to be notified and correction needs to be made. Food was preheated in front of me and my family. Wow.... how low has mcdonald's standards gone down on customer services and food.

Well after leaving a bad review a year ago this location is definitely improving. Food was hot and tasted pretty fresh today. Service was quick and friendly. I will visit again soon to see if the good service and food continues. I was impressed today. Also management has a sign saying they want to hear from you and has a phone number you can call with any issues. Definitely an improvement.
