Spent 15$ for a 6$ meal was not refunded all of the amount that was supposed to refund. But I gave up after asking the 3 time. Poor service and the front lady at the time had no idea what she was doing. Would not recommend.

My wife and I just stopped by the McDonald’s inside Walmart to get a Coke and an ice cream. Selena took our order, and Cliff made our food. Both were so kind and professional; Cliff made us a larger size ice cream for my wife and I to share, and when my wife said she’d likely ask for a refill of Coke before we left, he went ahead and made us another one for the road. We loved being served by the two of them! Y’all should teach every McDonald’s employee to go above and beyond like the two of them did. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!!

Can never successfully order food. Ordered on kiosk. Had a 3 digit number. 697. Was told it was a two digit number. Have employees cleaning during lunch rush and the past 4 times I've been there. People cut in line and employees dont care. Customers orders messed up nonstop. And I've ordered 4 separate occasions and walked away because I couldn't successfully pay for my order due to the line growing due to customers cutting in line. Will not be coming back. Unwelcome atmosphere overall and unpleasant.

Walked up at 8:54 no signs up that they were closing. One person in front of me that was trying to order but they couldn’t get the manager up there to help. So when they close at 9 and I stand there for 5 minutes only for them to try and tell me I can’t order. I had 3 minutes and after telling them they can’t just turn me away I finally got to order at 8:58 pm. A father and son came walking up at 859 and was told he can’t order. The manager wouldn’t even tell people himself. Told the cashier to tell people. Horrible service.

horrible customer service, the lady taking orders is an old hag, and clearly doesn't like her job. she's rude & miserable, mocking customers, and overall a jerk. do better

It was my mistake for not checking the location I was ordering from.. but anyway I used Mcdelivery for this location, ordered my son a happy meal with a milk and myself 2 cheeseburgers and a sweet tea. They forgot the milk, you could just tell that his nuggets were over cooked and not fresh, his fries were literally a brownish color and cold so also not fresh. The burgers were absolutely disgusting, not fresh and they were hard. I know McDonald's sweet tea is usually very sweet but the tea I got was way too overly sweet it tasted like I was eating a sugar cube just straight. For all the food not being fresh at all, I'm at a loss that it took so long for the food to get delivered too and I know it wasn't on the driver either, I was tracking my order and saw that it said driver waiting for food and my estimated delivery time just kept rising. Again, my mistake for ordering from this location but I learned my lesson and I will never get food from here again!

I try not to give bad reviews very often but I feel like this McDonald's will never get better. My biggest complaint is the awful smell. It smells like rotten food, and there is always sticky stuff all over the floor and flies swarming everywhere. I don't actually eat here, I just pick up door dash orders and I refuse to eat here because it's just so dirty and nasty. I can't see how anyone actually eats here.

Customer service making food is just playing on phone and complaining about being out of products. Waited 15 min for food and another 5 min for frappe. Should never take this long. Manager needs to be notified and correction needs to be made. Food was preheated in front of me and my family. Wow.... how low has mcdonald's standards gone down on customer services and food.

I ordered McDonald's thru Uber Eats....when my order arrived it was missing 4 hashbrowns...when I called the store they told me I needed to report the delivery driver!!!!....as an experienced door dash delivery driver, I know this was not the fault of the delivery person...McDonald's packs those pick up orders so they are not tampered with so McDonald's is at fault on this...not the delivery person.
