This review is in no way a reflection of the service, our server was great, this review is due to the cost of food and portions for said food. 90 something dollar tab for 3 people. Serving sizes were quite frankly pathetic and it kind of sucked to have to leave a "standard" tip for that amount of food and we seen the server 3 times, again she was great, but I won't be coming back with those prices and serving sizes still in effect.

Janie was an incredible server! While many restaurants were closed on New Years Day, this staff showed up and served incredible service and great food! While there were a couple very disrespectful guests in the restaurant, the entire staff handled them with the upmost professionalism while others would’ve asked them leave! Great job to the entire staff! They need to be commended!

The service is pretty good they sat us down pretty quickly and had the food out quickly as well, The atmosphere looks good but don't let it fool you, the food was horrible Pretty much everything in here at rib crib, this one here in ponca, Is nothing but pork.I would not advise coming in hereFor lunch, breakfast or dinner I say this because me and my wife went here and the salad we were served was old. The pork ribs were cooked but they still tasted bad. They were cold and they were wetVegetarian options: Salad was horrible there were brown spots on the salad

EVERYTIME we order take out from here the order is wrong!!!! And I'm not saying oh they just forgot like extra ranch or a drink was wrong. We spent $48 lastnight and only 1 kids rib order was correct. I expect this from McDonald's or Taco Bell but come on man we only get to eat at a decent place maybe once every few weeks and it's unfortunate that u can't get an order right. Plus they said it would take 10-15min and I waited 47min for our food. There aren't many choices where we live but DONT order take out from here spend ur money somewhere else.

This is a corporate owned RibCrib so the options at the Ponca City Oklahoma location are different then the one in Derby Kansas that we usually eat at.With that said the staff here are absolutely awesome people, they definitely deserve some love.The food here is good but I felt it wasn’t as great as I know it could’ve been. My potato was a little overdone so I couldn’t eat the skin like normal and the burn kinda set with the whole potato so it was tasted through every bite but I didn’t want to complain or wait any longer since we had to drive home still. My husbands was delicious which was the dynamite chicken salad!Kid-friendliness: Booster seats available.Coloring activity pages.Kids meals & drinks.Delicious food choices.

This was the first place I ate in town when I moved here a few months ago. I have a lot to say….First I loved the atmosphere. Great building, great vibe. Fun stuff to look at. Nice entrance. Open feel.The food was good. The options were good. The sauces had a fantastic variety. My brisket was very tasty. It was a tad dry and had a little more fat than usual but it was still yum. The menu was a good size with plenty of options without being overwhelming.Unfortunately, the service was horrible. The girl who was our waitress was one of the worst I have ever had… EVER. She had an extremely sour disposition and anytime we needed anything she acted like we were inconveniencing her. She had a horrible attitude. We definitely aren’t needy people either, usually need refills and napkins only. We could hardly get her to come to the table for drink refills. She didn’t even bring everything we ordered in the first place and I couldn’t find her again to ask about it. Finally we actually asked someone else for drink refills. I know everyone has bad days at work but damn… you don’t treat customers like this and honestly I haven’t been back because of it. I could tell as I walked out she was pissed about her tip being non-existent but unfortunately it was a correct reflection of the experience.
